We were spoken to by salesman
Called Steve.From the moment he spoke to my husband and I I knew he was a good sales person being in retail myself for 50+ yrs.He made us feel welcomed,he gave us information, we had a laugh and we went back and ordered from him.He is an asset to the company.Also a mention for Michaela very polite and quick taking my balance and sending my receipt.

The sales staff we met were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. They gave us help and some guidance on what would be our best options.
Certainly some elements of what we chose were not obvious to us, so a big thank you to Philip!

This is the second time we've bought furniture from furniture village, the sales person who helped us both times was Steve Markham. A nice genuine guy, who made the purchase a pleasure.

Steve as usual was brilliant...we have spent alot of money over the last few weeks in Furniture village and he has been there for us.. taking our money lol..so many good quality items for sale and even picked up a lovely lamp in the sale. 3 cheers to Steve and thanks for making us feel special

On first arrival, we struggled to find someone to assist us. There was only 1 person covering the upstairs in the Lincoln store. Once we found someone the process of ordering the bed we wanted was straight forward.

Charlie and Will who delivered and set up the new sofas ,were friendly,took care of our property when coming in and out . Tested the sofas made sure we were happy before they left (excellent pair)

I purchased a sofa bed which was broken during delivery. A repair company was sent out to assess and said it needed a whole new mechanism as it was impossible to open. The part was ordered on 5th February. On chasing up today I was told there was a 14 week wait for the new mechanism. We have never used it or taken the plastic off of the mattress.
I then phoned Furniture Village who were not very helpful in the beginning and I spoke to Paige P. What a delightful and helpful person she is. I said I wanted the whole sofa bed replacing and she sorted it out without any problems at all. It should with me in 2 weeks hopefully. I wish I had spoken to her in the beginning. Thank you Paige, if only everyone was as helpful and understanding as you are!

Purchased new suite in October along with a new clock and rug. Had to chase for delivery , Clock arrived didn’t work in December was told that it would be March 26 before replacement 🤬 Suite arrived January 22 had to chase again for delivery, on arrival the suite, half was correct the other completely different colour 🤬delivery guy said could not take back as had other deliveries. Had to chase again for pick up and ask when correct colour would be delivered. Was told 18th Feb still no contact from Furniture Village as to what’s happening so not holding my breath. Absolutely disgusting customer service !,Would not recommend.

Great service from Curtis who went out of his way to help

Curtis was extremely helpful with the sofa we chose. All our questions answered and given more information about the sofa.

We purchased a dining set and two sofas from Furniture Village in Lincoln and we would like to praise your staff member Craig on the expert assistance he gave us regarding our products and what was available. Nothing was too
Much trouble for him and he did not pester us or follow us around like we found in other shops. All our requirements were met with ease and payment/ delivery plan was explained in detail. We would definitely ask for him personally if we choose to buy from your company again. ( my husband and him also got on well as they are both ex rugby players) Thank you Craig 🙏🏻

Right from the gent in the store who was more than helpful to the young men that delivered and installed the bed we would fully recommend Furniture Village and will certainly shop there again in the future. Thank you FV! 😁

The live chat experience with Nico was fantastic and resolved the issue I had very promptly.
The experience with the Lincoln store however was extremely poor. Having contacted them 5 times by phone, each time getting an answer phone message. Left a message on 2 occasions and still did not call back. Only after going to live chat, that Lincoln store then called me back and tried to argue about what the tracker information was telling me. Then also informed me that it would next week now before getting delivery of our furniture.
Continued conversation on Live chat and then recieved another call from the distibution centre to say the furniture was in and ready for delivery this week. Also informed me in was actually at Newark and not Milton Keynes as Lincoln store had informed me.
If it wasn't for Nico dealing with this so promptly, I would have cancelled the whole order.
Very much doubt we will be shopping at Lincoln Furniture Village in the future. Quick enough to take a deposit, but not follow up on the delivery and customer care.

After having a look around was helped by Craig who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with regards to beds, mattresses and pillows. We went away and decided which was our best options and went back and purchased from Craig. Visited a few other bed companies but didn’t get a good feeling like we did in Furniture Village. It was warm and welcoming and homely. Thank you Craig for all your help and info.

Curtis was absolutely brilliant, chatty, informative, no pressure. Explained everything clearly. Really pleasant experience

Dont touch this company. I spent over £5,500 on a bedroom suit in November. This was due delivery early Jan, I have been chasing delivery on their app, now feb/ March delivery expected. No information from the company via letter, email or any notification. Ringing the store gets a total blank. Half the order has been sat there since 18th December. No one informed us. Only was posted on app in Feb!!!! Total waste of time ...
Very quick to take money, very slow to give service.

Good choice of drawers and bedroom furniture, staff helpful and good product knowledge

Lewis was excellent. He did not approach us or follow us around until we needed assistance.

Great customer service service with a smile by Kurtis we didn’t see what we was looking for for but we asked him has we had seen it on the village site he looked for us and there it was made our day that they had what we wanted so we ordered it great work Kurtis keep it up
