Furniture Village - Glasgow West Recensioni 

I purchased an Infinity leather sofa bed from Furniture Village Glasgow. The buying process and arranging delivery went smoothly, but the problems started once the sofa was delivered.

I paid for delivery and assembly, but after it was assembled I noticed it had not been put together correctly. I contacted Furniture Village the same day and provided photos. I was told someone would contact me to arrange a repair, but it took around two weeks before I received a call offering an appointment on a Sunday with only a few days’ notice. Unfortunately, I already had plans and could not be available. I was then told a third party would contact me to arrange a suitable time to fix the sofa.

Over three months later, despite contacting Furniture Village several times and repeatedly being told to wait for the repair team to get in touch, the issue still has not been resolved. I contacted them again at the start of June to explain that I had a baby due soon and needed the sofa bed repaired, especially with guests expected, but nothing was arranged.

I called again recently and was told a manager from the Glasgow branch would contact me with a date to resolve the issue, but I am still waiting.

The sofa bed alone cost over £3,000, and I have spent over £6,000 with Furniture Village in total. They were very quick to take payment and make promises, but the aftercare service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not use Furniture Village again

Calum was so relaxed and easy going on arrival, letting me browse on my own after directing me to where I wanted to go with great tips. I bought my sofa with Ross who was fab and knowledgeable, with good tips too! Met Brian too, who was also all the above.

Francis took great care of us never tried to pressure us into buying anything and was very patient and helpful she is a credit to the company

Was at the Hillington branch, looking for a new sofa. Met with Ross the sales person who discussed our needs and requirements for what we needed in a couch and our budget. He pointed us to the perfect couch for us which ticked all our boxes. We then met with Brian the sales manager who managed to get us a great deal on our new sofa. Cannot speak any higher of the staff and the service we received. 10/10

We have had another fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to Frances! She helped us choose our new beds today, and once again her knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made the whole process enjoyable and stress free.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been looked after by Frances. She also helped us previously when we bought our dining table, dining chairs, coffee table, and TV unit. Everything arrived much quicker than expected, was of outstanding quality, and looks absolutely amazing in our home.

Frances consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for without ever making you feel pressured. Her excellent customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care are why we keep coming back.

Can’t recommend furniture village highly enough. We went in to look at couch and sales representative Helen was super helpful and friendly and sorted us out with exactly what we needed. We then looked at a dining table which we needed to go back home and measure, unfortunately by the time we went back to the store to order it, it had been discontinued. Helen introduced us to store manager Brian who was 10/10, he searched every store and warehouse and eventually found one ex display, he had it unboxed and checked for damage and reboxed, helped with updating our finance agreement and was still in contact with us over his days off to ensure we had exactly what we needed.

Great experience, staff very helpful no issues regarding delaying delivery.

We'd decided the sofas we wanted. We had spoken to someone the previous week. He and James who arranged the sale today were very helpful, with no pressure to buy.

The staff were friendly helpful without pushing I believe pie sales person was called James McNeil very helpful nothing was to much bother.

I had a really great experience from start to finish. Victoria came to my flat to take measurements and gave me some really helpful advice along the way. She talked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and suggested I visit the store to see a 3D model of my home. That made a big difference, it helped me picture everything properly and feel much more confident about what I was choosing.

At the store, Rino helped me out and was just as great. He explained things clearly, went through different options with me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

I was buying quite a few pieces, so it could have been a bit overwhelming, but they both made it feel really easy and straightforward. They were friendly, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole process much smoother.

Really grateful to both Victoria and Rino for all their help. I’m excited for everything to arrive and feel good about the choices I’ve made thanks to them.
