We recently ordered a dining table and chairs in store, and Derek was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to help us choose chairs that matched the table perfectly and gave us plenty of useful information about caring for the furniture after delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service – we’re really looking forward to receiving our new dining set.

Gabriel was very pleasant and helpful in answering all of my questions in what was happening about the replacement fo my damaged sideboard.I would definitely recommend furniture village as there customer service and after care is of very high standard.I also have to mention the delivery driver's as they are so obliging and helpful, making sure everything is spot on before they go.

What an amazing store and staff!! Furniture Village was our first port of call to look for a sofa and bed, we had no real idea about what we wanted but from browsing had a rough idea, we didn’t want to jump into anything so shopped around and visited several stores in and around Glasgow but genuinely the products didn’t compare. We visited Furniture village 2 times prior to making an order and on each occasion the staff members approached us, chatted gave us their card but were absolutely not over bearing, just friendly and informative. On our third visit we met Frances who has a wealth of experience and knowledge, she went above and beyond in helping and guiding our choices but again, not pushy at all, helped us get what we wanted and needed, she called upon Victoria for some expert knowledge and guidance with the sofa and furnishings, Victoria also made several calls to get us what we needed. Frances and Victoria were genuinely helpful and did everything we asked and more. We are delighted with our purchases and cannot wait to receive them. Thank you and yes I can highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Visited the Glasgow branch to just look at corner suites. We were met by Jayne. She was very pleasant and not pushy at all offered us coffee/ tea. She helped us with colours and explained all the insurance on offer and cleaning kit etc as we have 2 dogs. We saved a lot of money on an early bird offer which was good to convince my husband. She was very knowledgable and explained the whole process from start to delivery. Everything was seamless and have since been in touch to get a swatch delivered and was very helpful nothing was a bother. She had a lovely friendly relaxed manner. Great experience

Easiest purchase I have made. Picked sofas online, made an appointment to view in store, and Jay provided excellent service.

Frances is excellent to deal with. She is helpful, knowledgeable, personable, but at the same time no pressure to buy. It was only on the third visit that we finally bought a sofa. Very much looking forward to getting the sofa in a few weeks time.

After listening to what we we're looking for she showed us 5 different options that were in store explaining everything we needed to know and answering our questions
Taking the time to show us how the mechanism on each sofa bed worked the type of mattress on offer and allowing us to try out the lifting of the bed and putting it back in place
Showing us all the different option of fabric and sizes of sofas and matching chairs
We also purchased a table with matching chairs the wife wasn't sure about fabric seats and Frances tried to find alternative chairs for the table but we went with the first option for the table
There was no hard sell and we were given a lot of time to browse and decide what we were buying
We spent at least 2 and a half hours mostly in the company of Frances

Jay sales team was great, guided us through every step of choosing our sofa & matched cushions, first class service start to finish! Would definitely recommend friends & family to go see Jay when choosing a sofa ! Thanks Jay 😊

No pressure from sales people and when asked about anything there was no hassle to buy

What a wonderful shopping experience in furniture village today Frances the sales consultant was very helpful and not pushy which is very important when shopping . Frances gave me all the information I needed and let us browse until I was ready to purchase .

Exceptional customer service..we got served by Jay who is very professional and possesses excellent skills.

I purchased an Infinity leather sofa bed from Furniture Village Glasgow. The buying process and arranging delivery went smoothly, but the problems started once the sofa was delivered.

I paid for delivery and assembly, but after it was assembled I noticed it had not been put together correctly. I contacted Furniture Village the same day and provided photos. I was told someone would contact me to arrange a repair, but it took around two weeks before I received a call offering an appointment on a Sunday with only a few days’ notice. Unfortunately, I already had plans and could not be available. I was then told a third party would contact me to arrange a suitable time to fix the sofa.

Over three months later, despite contacting Furniture Village several times and repeatedly being told to wait for the repair team to get in touch, the issue still has not been resolved. I contacted them again at the start of June to explain that I had a baby due soon and needed the sofa bed repaired, especially with guests expected, but nothing was arranged.

I called again recently and was told a manager from the Glasgow branch would contact me with a date to resolve the issue, but I am still waiting.

The sofa bed alone cost over £3,000, and I have spent over £6,000 with Furniture Village in total. They were very quick to take payment and make promises, but the aftercare service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not use Furniture Village again

Calum was so relaxed and easy going on arrival, letting me browse on my own after directing me to where I wanted to go with great tips. I bought my sofa with Ross who was fab and knowledgeable, with good tips too! Met Brian too, who was also all the above.
