I had a really great experience from start to finish. Victoria came to my flat to take measurements and gave me some really helpful advice along the way. She talked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and suggested I visit the store to see a 3D model of my home. That made a big difference, it helped me picture everything properly and feel much more confident about what I was choosing.

At the store, Rino helped me out and was just as great. He explained things clearly, went through different options with me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

I was buying quite a few pieces, so it could have been a bit overwhelming, but they both made it feel really easy and straightforward. They were friendly, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole process much smoother.

Really grateful to both Victoria and Rino for all their help. I’m excited for everything to arrive and feel good about the choices I’ve made thanks to them.

Michael was very helpful. Lovely clean show room and plenty of choice in chairs . Micheal explained explain that it will take 8 weeks for delivery. But I do think the delivery charge is alittle high.

We recently visited Furniture Village Hillington to purchase a bed, mattress, dining table and dining chairs for our new home, and the customer experience we received was outstanding from start to finish.

Brian was very helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the options available. However, special recognition has to go to James, who was absolutely excellent. His knowledge, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made a huge difference to our experience.

One of the standout parts of our visit was being able to see how the furniture pieces we selected would look together in our new home. This gave us confidence in our choices and made the whole process feel much more exciting and personal.

Buying furniture for a new home can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We left feeling valued as customers and excited for our new furniture to arrive.

We visited the store today to purchase a dining table. Blown away by the choice of products in the store, plenty to choose from. Store well laid out, clean and tidy.
Jay was a fantastic help, took loads of time with us to ensure we got the right table and it suited our kitchen. Not pushy at all, just very informative and a great help. Can’t wait to get our new table and will definitely be asking for Jay the next time we visit.

What started out as a positive purchase quickly became evident that the sale is what matters

After purchasing a literally two rooms of furniture we had one request - everything would come together. We didn’t mind waiting the full 12 weeks but wanted all our furniture to come at once

“Not a problem. I will oversee it myself!”

7 deliveries over 10 weeks then ensued

The first sofa was rescheduled 4 times

And to add insult to injury I was charged £45 for three trolly wheels - mandatory for each sofa delivery for health and safety I was told

They never manifested- when I asked the delivery driver about them he laughed saying he’s seen one the entire time he had been with them

Hidden extras, false promises and lack of communication (try getting them in the phone)

And when I finally spoke to the salesman Jamie about the delivery I was basically told”not my problem”

Other than that my lounge looks stunning!

Thanks to Sale Consultant Jay, the experience of purchasing a new sofa and chair was made so much easier. Jay gave us undivided attention , he styled sofas for us , brought swatches and cushions to give us an idea of colours and textures. The selection of sofas was fantastic and that made choosing the right one, even more difficult so the professional support we received from Jay was so appreciated. 10 /10 for service.

Jay was most helpful can thank him enough! He went over and above and spent time with us to find a dining table and side board that really suited our needs. 5 star care and very pleasant, kind manner. Thank you.
