The two people who delivered my sofa were both efficient and very friendly.

The guys assembling the table were diligent in checking the level of the table with the mechanical extension. All left clean and tidy

Luke and Rich arrived in good time, they unpacked our coffee table and placed it where we wanted. They were friendly and helpful. There is some damage to the table, they took pictures and advised we would be contacted within a few days.

Dropped into Furniture Village in Southampton on the off chance they might have dining chairs in the style we’d been searching for — and they had the perfect match. They were slightly more expensive than we’d expected, but the quality absolutely justifies it, and we’ve been really impressed.

The in‑store ordering process was seamless, and the advice we received was genuinely helpful. It was reassuring to speak to someone knowledgeable rather than relying solely on an online purchase. We were originally given a lead time of just over four weeks, which was fine for us, but to our surprise the chairs arrived in around a week and a half.

Communication from Furniture Village was excellent throughout — polite, clear, and exactly what you’d hope for. Delivery was prompt, and the team were brilliant. They even let me check the chairs before unwrapping them, brought everything inside, and took away all the packaging, which was a huge help.

Would I order from Furniture Village again? Based on this experience, absolutely — without hesitation.
