Impressive service from purchase of goods to speedy delivery by two very personable gentleman who installed the furniture.

On time very polite and efficient very helpful and courtesy.

Great service from start to finish! Victoria in the Southampton store was so helpful and then within a week my new sofa had arrived. Delivery drivers really good (brothers!) great banter and a quick delivery and installation. Highly recommended all round. Thanks Furniture Village!

Efficient communication via email and then a call for delivery. Very heavy mattress that the two men managed to get upstairs without turning a hair (or damaging anything!). Would recommend.

Delivery was very professional and they put the items where we wanted them rather than leaving them at the front of the door. They didn't need to be asked to take their shoes off either when entering the house.

Absolutely fantastic drivers, they were efficient and friendly. Great tracking on the day. The only reason for a dropped star is I was told I would be contacted the day before with a time window for delivery and this didn't happen until the morning of delivery so I did not have much notice at all for the time slot.

Received courtesy call 10 minutes before delivery, very respectful gentleman Shane and Luke delivered without issue despite being a large item, and went above and beyond and put my old mattress in the alleyway, they even wiped their feet before they entered my home and removed all packaging. Thank you ☺️.
