I am specifically reviewing the delivery service/team as I was very impressed by them, the communication, and Luke and Rich who physically delivered by dining furniture were fantastic. They unpacked and placed my furniture expertly and without any ‘fuss’. Very happy and hope they deliver my sofas in November!

We were kept informed of countdown to delivery on day. Luke and Rich were friendly and very professional. Table and chairs look great and the guys cleared all the cardboard and rubbish with them . Great service by two nice guys

Although the delivery was slightly delayed Luke and Rich were polite, friendly and efficient. The furniture was quickly put in place and all rubbish taken away. Thank you

Overall - really happy with the overall experience from initial chats about requirements to delivery today.

Minor niggles
- originally quoted delivery date slipped quite a bit. No problem for us but could have been….
- confused by receiving on email 2 days before the arranged delivery date saying delivery would be delayed a few days, then received a message on our originally expected delivery date saying it would be delivered (so no further delay). Again not a problem as it happened but we could have made other arrangements. Need to sort this Furniture Village.

Luke and Rich gave us a great service. Second floor flat and nothing was too much trouble. Furniture unpack and assembled. Guys were very friendly and professional,made the whole experience with furniture village great.

Hollyann went out of her way to make me feel at ease and not rushed - even though this was a bank holiday. She was friendly, very informative and helped me make the best choices for me. I am very grateful for all her help.

Luke and Rich arrived promptly as scheduled. They were very polite and cheerful. The furniture was brought into the house and care was taken to put a blanket in the hall. Everything was put together quickly and without fuss. It was all completed exceptionally well. We were very happy with the service.

The delivery guys were very cheerful, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
