Very friendly, helpful delivery guys, Alex and Scott.

Rich and Luke were very friendly and professional. Quickly scoped out the best way to get the sofa where it needed to be in the house. Put it together very quickly and we’re really thrilled with our new sofa.

Your team contacted in advance of the actual delivery time to confirm their location and upon arrival assisted with unloading and wrapping the items. All waste material was removed by the delivery team and all completed within minutes. Absolutely fantastic, I will highly recommend Furniture Village to anyone looking. Thank you guys 😊

From start to finish service was excellent. In store Victoria was was extremely helpful, she was friendly and a great help. Delivery date was earlier than stated which was a bonus.
Delivery men were Luke and Rich and again were extremely helpful, careful and made sure everything was as it should be.
Cannot fault anything.

Fantastic delivery service yet again from Furniture Village. The two men that set up were friendly and very helpful. They helped this disabled customer move my old sofa outside ready for it to be collected and given a second chance by a charity. The only reason that I have not given five stars is because (some wise person in the upper echelons at) Furniture Village decreed to not supply an instruction booklet/pamphlet for my Hollywood home cinema sofas. This meant that both of the delivery men, and myself were trying (and failing) to pair the sofa to the tv (easy enough), and then to try to pair the two seater sofa, to the three seater sofa (not so easily done). There are a multitude of features on the Hollywood sofa, and a set of instructions would go a long way to helping the customer set up and operate, all of the features properly.

We ordered our new corner bench on 28th June and were told delivery would be 1-2 weeks, as advertised on the website. We then checked the order status online a week later where it stated that delivery would be 14th August, which is nearly 7 weeks after we placed the order! We contacted the Southampton store to ask why the order was delayed when advertised all over the website the 1-2 weeks delivery? We were told that a manager would contact us. To date no one has bothered to even call. We are left with no seating having just had a whole kitchen renovation completed in the amount of time it is taking to deliver the new furniture! I would not recommend this company for this reason.

From looking for a sofa right through to delivery everyone was so lovely and accommodating, would definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
