We visited Furniture Village today to purchase a very large dining table and were looked after by David Bally, who was absolutely excellent.

David was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He took the time to talk us through all the different options available, made some really helpful suggestions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience was easy, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.

A small thing that really stood out was when David noticed we were conscious of our parking time. He told us that if we went over our parking deadline, we should simply come back and see him and, as Furniture Village customers, he would sort it out for us. That level of customer service makes a real difference.

We left extremely happy with our purchase and with the service we received. I would highly recommend Furniture Village and particularly David Bally.

It will certainly be our first port of call the next time we need furniture.

I got the furniture on the day they told me it would arrive.
Those who delivered it were quick at installing the furniture.

Amazing service! We were told exactly day and time of arrival, very small window, and had text and phone call so I knew when they would arrive. Alex and Rich bought sofa in, unwrapped, put exactly where I asked them to put it. Also put down protective floor covering. This is what other delivery companies should aspire to. 10/10 from us.Thankyou

We are soooo happy with our new sofas.

The service from Furniture Village has also been fantastic. From the phone line ladies to the gentleman at the Southampton store.
I would like to give a special mention to our delivery lads though. I believe they came from the Southampton store too but unfortunately didn’t leave their names on their card. They were so helpful, friendly and professional, in, sofas sorted and off again. Great communication and just an excellent service experience.
