Fiona Selby was very efficient, nothing was to much trouble,impressive service with delivery. 3 lovely gentlemen quick slick also very efficient again nothing was to much trouble I would recommend the furniture village to anyone looking for new comfort in life as my sofa & chair are aimed at full lumbar support reclining with heated seats, I will have to contact them though as on my sofa only the left hand side heats up with the right hand side not working

The salesman, Jason, was really helpful and had a lot of patience with us.

The lack of customer service by the so called customer service was appaling. We were supplied with a chair that was obviously wrongly assembled and glued together. The chair failed soon after purchase but replacement was denied because it was being used in a rental property. It should have been replaced FOC under the Sale of Goods Act as it was not fit for sale

Salesman not suited to fronting your Company. His attitude was unfortunate.

Mohammed was patient with us and gave us lots of advice from which we were able to make an informed decision about new sofas and a dining table and chairs set.

Visited the Cheadle store today for 6 dining chairs. Found the perfect set of 6. Mohammed Shafique was brilliant, very friendly and helped us to make the perfect choice. Got an excellent bank holiday price too. Absolutely delighted and a truly faultless service. And the tea and cookies were delicious.

Safe and efficient delivery of sofas. The driver and mate were friendly and careful.

Nothing was to much trouble. You were not pressurised into anything.like you are in some stores. We bought a mattress one day and a couple of days later a three piece suite. Will definitely shop at Stanley Green again.

We had such a fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to Tracey! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She was absolutely brilliant with the children patient, kind, and made the whole shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable for us as a family.

Her knowledge of the sofas and furniture was outstanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect options without ever making us feel pressured. You can really tell she cares about customer service and takes pride in what she does.

The staff we interacted with in store were all welcoming and helpful. We were never hounded when trying to make a decision on the furniture we wanted to purchase but there was always someone there when we needed information. We were served finally by Tracey Maxwell who was very helpful and she completed our order process quickly making sure she had covered all our questions to our satisfaction.
