Sales person was very helpful and dealt with my order efficiently.

Fiona was super nice and supportive!! I found a bed I liked and went for it, and I feel like Fiona made the process much more smoother, she is a great and friendly lady. Only problem was that I remembered after paying to ask for student discount however the discount couldn’t have been done after purchase :( but everything else was perfect!

Back in March 2025 we purchased a hypnos bespoke monarch mattress for £2200 from our local furniture village cheadle store,from the off we were lead to believe that this is a luxury mattress and after lying on the one on display it felt great.when our mattress arrived yes it did say hypnos monarch bespoke mattress but was firm with newness, 6months later it was still firm and the tufts were sticking into my hip causing pain and discomfort,so I complained to the store,they decided to send a bed technician to check for damage who happens to work on behalf of furniture village ,he took some measurements and lay on the mattress for a minute and told us the mattress is fine it's just natural settlement, 8 months later the problem has got worse so I made a formal complaint to customer service,they said that the technician report was correct and stand by that decision. We are now in the process of making a case with the furniture onbudman, we clearly feel we were misold this product from the cheadle store are now ignoring all our complaints.so please be aware that if you purchase a hypnos mattress from furniture village you can not return it.i have an update on the above issue, recently had another visit from the same bed technician arranged by furniture village who carried out the same test to see what the problem is,after spending a little time measuring and taking photos he lay on the mattress for approximately 30 seconds just to tell me it's fine ,I received a call today from furniture village telling me they have the technician report and they are happy with his findings. We are now bypassing furniture village and contacting the finance company to raise a case with them will keep you posted on the outcome thank you for your time reading this review.

My mother's wardrobe was damaged upon installation. Been waiting three weeks for resolution. Keep getting fobbed off. Disgrace for a £1k piece of furniture. Avoid at all costs

What a fantastic furniture shop!
We experienced a first class service , firstly met by Gavin , who we found to be really helpful, professional and friendly without any sales man jargon and then by Haaroon who completed our order.
Haaroon was also professional , friendly, approachable and open to any questions we had , taking time to listen , he made the whole experience enjoyable.
We will definitely return to this shop in the future... well done guys you're fabulous! 😊

We had been looking at an Ottoman bed base & head board for some time & noticed that Furniture Village had what we wanted. Mohammed, was very helpful, identifying all relevant points & confirming price & availability. All in all it was a very stress free visit to the store.

Tracey who served us made us feel very welcome and at ease she was so helpful answered all our questions in polite and friendly manner. Would definitely return and recommend

Showroom was full of sofas and armchairs. We’d already chosen our purchase so this visit was to discuss price, delivery and so on. We had a good price online so we asked if they could match it in the showroom. They brought the price down to match the online so we made the purchase. Mahmud took us through all the payment options, took a deposit and sent the order off, he was great at explaining everything. Now we’ve got a 12 week wait.

Fiona Selby was very efficient, nothing was to much trouble,impressive service with delivery. 3 lovely gentlemen quick slick also very efficient again nothing was to much trouble I would recommend the furniture village to anyone looking for new comfort in life as my sofa & chair are aimed at full lumbar support reclining with heated seats, I will have to contact them though as on my sofa only the left hand side heats up with the right hand side not working

The salesman, Jason, was really helpful and had a lot of patience with us.
