Muhammad talked through the type of sofa I had chosen without pressuring me. He gave dimensions and then told me to go home and measure to see if it would fit. Which I did, and immediately came back and I perchased it. A lovely and pleasnt member of your staff.

Jason was fantastic and made the sofa buying experience great. He had a very friendly demeanour and a great sense of humour. He was also very knowledgeable and took extra time to explain all the small details regarding the terms of the sale

This is our 2nd purchase from the store at Cheadle great store layout and plenty to choose from Mohammed was very helpful and made everything easy from start to finish

When we arrived we immediately received help from Tracey who was kind enough to answer any questions we had. She was knowledgeable and patient with us in making our decision on our dining set.

Went to Furnture village to look for a sofa/settee, Andy greeted us and asked could he help, and help he did, but not in a pushy or persuasive way.
In fact he was very patient with us as we sat on quite a few and he described the pros and cons of each until we decided which one we agreed on.
His service was exceptional and we're very pleased with the service and quality of furniture.
We have bought from this store previously with no qualms.

Overall very good although there was a discrepancy on your website re dimensions of Torino large table. This was informed to the sales person at site who did agree that there was an issue and he would advise.

Went to Furniture village Cheadle yesterday and we were greeted by Fiona who was so helpful, friendly and not pushy in the slightest and we ordered our new sofas and sideboard Fiona very kindly got us some more discount and ended up with a lovely fluffy rug too!
