While bringing in the furniture one of the handlers accidentally broke my shoe case and a flower pot kept on top of the case
They assured me that they would report it on line to the company and that I would be contacted regarding suitable replacement/ compensation

We walked Into the store and sat in a few different sofas. When we sat on ‘the one’ Jason came up to us and explained all about the sofa, how the media worked and the power recliner etc. it was only the second shop we had been in and Jason was really informative but never put any pressure on us to buy. We walked away to check other shops. Within an hour or so we were back as we had fallen in love with the sofa and appreciated Jason spending the time with us to explain it all. We went back into the shop and spoke to Jason who was friendly, polite and not pushy in the slightest like we have encountered at other shops. We love our new sofa and want to thank Jason for his help. I have already spread the word about furniture village, Cheadle, it really was top class

Your lovely sales rep Mohammed in the Stanley Green store in Cheadle was excellent in helping us with our choice from all the measurements and fabrics, I’m really happy that he was there to help us, or we may have gone home empty handed.

Arrived to buy a small sofa for family. Greeted by staff but left to look around with no pressure. Found sofa they liked and then spoke to staff who discussed our needs and completed purchase with no issues. Great service.

We already knew the settee we wanted to purchase, so meeting Gavin as soon as we entered the Stanley Green Furniture Village store the whole process was nice and straight forward. Gavin explained everything thoroughly to make sure our purchase was correct. Would highly recommend Furniture Village.

Andy Diamond lived up to his name today and was an absolute diamond when we were purchasing a sofa. He was patient and thoughtful and helped my mother in law choose a sofa that was appropriate for her. The sale was stress free . Andy made us feel relaxed, resulting in a successful shopping trip

My husband and I wanted some new furniture so decided to go to furniture village. It was okay not a bad selection of higher end furniture. The Shop was well laid out so we had a look around with a view to just browsing a sales man approached us and explained a few different things about the furniture we had been looking at. We didn’t go with the intention to necessarily buy anything that day, but we found something that suited our needs so decided to get it. I am sorry I can’t remember the mans name but he was pleasant enough and we went a head with the purchase. We was offered an interest free payment plan that has helped spread the cost and thought this was an excellent offer. We were told the lead time for the delivery and that was fine with us, but the much sooner than expected I got a call saying it was ready. This was a pleasant surprise and we had chosen something made by a British manufacturer so that was a bonus as I suppose it cut the expected delivery time down a bit. We had the furniture delivered yesterday and even though the driver experienced a lot of traffic issues with road works etc, he still made pretty good time. Both guys delivering, very pleasant very tidy cleaning up afterwards mindful of the property, even though it was a squeeze to get it in the house did a very good job of it, and even had a very good sense of humour making us both laugh with his cheeky banter. I work with the public and I understand how important it is to make your customers feel relaxed and comfortable, in store so, I can also imagine it’s even more important when you’re in someone’s home. These guys had the correct mindset so well done, I wish I had asked them there names and I would have given them a review of their own. It was very warm so I did give them a bottle of water each to take with them, I hope that helped. We have only had the furniture one day but so far very comfortable. I have high hopes that because of the price and quality of build it will last a good while. Thank you furniture village I will keep you in mind if i need any more furniture.

Gavin was very helpful. Answered all our questions, and explained the differences in mattresses helping us to make an informed choice. Details re after sales service was clear and succinct.

Simply went to look with a view to buying. Only one other couple in store. Greeted by salesman who told me where recliners were etc. Barely looked at two sofas and another sales person looms in and helicopters around doing a hard sell. Went back to look at one I liked and both salesmen sat with us. No respect for privacy. Suffocated by hard pressure selling. Beware. It was a frightful experience. I felt thoroughly intimidated and very uncomfortable.

Great store, assistants were very knowledgeable without being pushy - paid a deposit on something and found something more suitable somewhere else and deposit refunded without hassle. Highly recommend

Bought a new sofa from CFV and Jason was really helpful without being pushy or overbearing. We had space to talk about options, take our time over a coffee and when we’d made our decision he was there to explain things carefully and make everything very simple and straightforward. We were met at the top of the stairs by Tracey Maxwell, who asked us if we were looking around or had something in mind. We described a suit, Tracey took us to it. She was very friendly and informative. When we decided to buy we went to a desk, Tracey immediately offered what was a very nice and welcome cup of coffee and cookie.
We felt very comfortable through the whole procedure.
