Wrong product send , very late delivery , no response when call for help

Aaron Gilks, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful when we were choosing two three seater sofas. He was not pushy at all and it was nice to deal with a member of staff who had our interests at heart.

As per previous purchases from cambridge Aaron was as always extremely helpful, brilliant customer service

During each of our visits, the staff has consistently been welcoming and helpful. Customers are able to browse freely without feeling any pressure to make a purchase. The staff members are knowledgeable, and Peter Jones, in particular, was very helpful in discussing all the available options. We would like thank Peter for his help, which allowed us to consider our choices before deciding to purchase our new sofas.

Great customer service and help from Peter, he took time to show me and explain the different types of mattresses and help me load my car with my purchase of a set of drawers. Very helpful!

I received help and advice from my assistant. He was able to provide me with information about what I was purchasing. He made my decision easy.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Wasn’t any pressure to buy. Explained throughly the delivery process. A throughly great chap who we highly recommend and is a credit to the company.

Thank you to the Cambridge branch and the lovely helpful non pushy sales guy Azzdean for making our purchase so easy, we are looking forward to the delivery of our sofas.

We were looking for a three piece suite and trying every sofa/chair for comfort. Steve Wong (Sales Consultant) gave us a few pointers as how to best make a final decision which we took on board and finally we came to a decision. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeabale and not in anyway pushy - and also offered refreshments. The store was also well presented. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

Excellent service.
From entering store, support with selection of product, including measures and advise based on our kitchen size, I was heavily impressed. The individual serving us was exceptionally helpful and also added the personal touch to involve and speak to my family before and after the sale, lots of effort made, which made it a pleasant experience. I cannot recall the individuals name but have included the order number within my review so that the company can acknowledge our experience with him. I was also informed of a 6 week lead time, however 4 days after the purchase, I received a delivery date offer which was two 3 weeks faster. Product also excellent, large wooden kitchen table, bench and 4x charis, all high quality. Highly recommend.
