Very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy for a sale

We had a great experience the sales representative Aaron was very knowledgeable and helped us decide choosing the correct options for our property. I have dealt with the Cambridge branch before and would recommend them highly to anybody who wants to experience a great service and great after-care.

The salesman seemed very confident and knowledgable.

Steve the sales consultant was good at teasing out what we wanted and giving us suggestions. He was helped my husband who has mobility issues by bring furniture to him to look at.

I visited Furniture Village because they carry a brand of mattress that I was interested in. That brand did not suit my budget needs. Aaron showed me other brands that were within my budget and would suit my needs. When asked for his opinion he answered sincerely, and encouraged me to choose a better mattress. He was very helpful, personable and had good knowledge of the products.

We came into the store to consider rather than to buy. However Peter listened to what we were looking for , showed us examples that could be suitable and one in particular to which we were immediately attracted. Peter then took pains to advise us in detail about the bed's qualities. He did not so much sell it to us, it was us that 'bought' the product.

Excellent Customer Service. The whole experience was a positive one. No pushy Sales person, just wanted us to be 100% happy with our choice.
Aaron was a pleasure to advise us and gave us plenty of choices with style, comfort and materials on offer.
He also suggested we look elsewhere before making any big decision in case there was anything better on offer but nothing came close.
Aaron was very attentive, non of the usual sales patter which helped us make a decision to purchase on that day!

Great selection of goods. It was nice to walk around without being shadowed by staff, but when we needed assistance Ben Ross was immediately available, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Good customer help and not pushy

We came to Furniture Village to buy a mattress after having visited several other stores. The sales professional Mohammad Uddin understood perfectly what we were looking for and showed us the mattresses he thought would suit our needs (kind of mattress and budget). Thanks to his knowledge, experience and attentiveness we were able to narrow our choices down and ultimately choose a mattress which is both of high quality and within our budget. A great experience and very pleased with the results!
