I have been a loyal customer of this company FROZENREPTILE.CO.UK and Dan. I even left good review previously but after his recent treatment I will never use this company again. In short my large order of frozen mice never turned up. No answer to email, no answer on either the company phone or website and LOADS of other customers complaining on Dan's Facebook page of the same thing. 4 days after the order should have arrived I got an email from Dan BLAMING his CUSTOMERS for posting on Facebook ( what choice did they have?) and promising a part refund and the delivery of my order IF I closed my case with Paypal. Unsurprisingly the refund never arrived, his Facebook page disappeared and he is back to ignoring emails. My order eventually turned up when I was away and I returned to find it thawed out and useless. I've escalated a case via PayPal but am disgusted with Dan. He should be ashamed of how he's dealt with this and do the right thing. Refund and apologise! Also note that the other reviews here are for FROZENREPTILE.CO.UK not Reptile Expert

Excellent delivery service, exactly as outlined on the website and very good prices. I would definitely use Frozen Reptile again and recommend their service.

I have previously used a different company for large orders but I couldn't justify high postage for the amount I needed this time. I stumbled across Frozen Reptile looking for alternatives, although delivery charges were the same, the mice are available for 1/2 the price. The mice arrived right on time, well packaged and exactly as described. I'm very impressed by thus lucky find on google.

Ordered 100 large mice on the monday for delivery on the wednesday received 50 mice on wednesday then a delivery on thursday with no one to receive it the delivery co took parcel away and sent me an email stating it would be re delivered on the monday then received a note on friday saying i missed the delivery parcel of 50 mice then delivered on the monday which went straight in the bin due to being off .I had on various occasions attempted to contact frozen reptile by phone but on every occasion put on to an answering machine .I don't know if frozen reptile sent out the parcels on different days or if the delivery co made the mistake with the delivery

Website is set out well and it's therefore easy to select the required product.
Ordering process also very easy, and you are kept up to date with delivery updates so you know when your order will arrive to within an hour.
Excellent and high quality service, highly recommended.

Ordering process was extremely easy, delivery was the best I've experienced with frozen food - nothing was even slightly defrosted, all items were correctly sized and notification of delivery time was very, very useful. Would recommend to all and will be using from now on.

Not easy to get hold of if order needs changing but otherwise good service

I was so pleased at how easy it was to register with this site and order my first batch of pinkies. As a first time snake owner I was a bit apprehensive that I was using the best supplier, but I had read reviews on the customer service and on the quality of the products for sale and took the plunge, and I'm glad I did.
Prices are great and the delivery was brilliant. On my chosen date for arrival I got an email that morning saying my parcel of pinkies would need signing for between 10.38am and 11.38am....they arrived at 10.35am Brilliant. Well packed in bags of 25 and protected by further bags of ice and contained in a polystyrene box, the pinkies were in my freezer within minutes of arrival.
One happy snake owner with one happy and content snake. I couldn't ask for more.
I would definitely recommend frozenreptile.co.uk to friends, but now as a new snake owner they are fewer and I need to find more like minded ones!

I ordered some frozen chicks and frozen mice to augment the feed of the barn owl that has taken up residence in one of the barns on my farm. The package arrived next day, as promised, and the contents of the insulated box were in excellent condition. I would whole heartedly recommend Frozen Reptile

This was my first experience of using Frozen Reptile - I was impressed that I received a courtesy call to confirm my order & despatch followed up with EMail confirmation. Mice arrived on time and they were well packaged and still frozen. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent value for money

Order was supposed to be here on monday have been told by email twice that its been despatched but today (friday) was told its out of stock..... now trying to get refund.... my recommendation is to go somewhere else

The first two deliveries arrived on time and frozen, after that I have been let down continuously. Iv paid £9.99 overnight postage to receive my pray items, 7-10 days later on more then one occasion. If you want a reliable company that delivers what you paid for every time without fail, then please go else where. They take your money and keep it, and when they can be bothered they send out your food, on my last order I was even warned by them it might arrived spoiled, where it had been packed for so long before it even started its journey to me. They have let my animals go hungry to many times and messed me around to much, I'm going elsewhere from now on and it could easily be you at the wrong end of the unprofessionalism. Go to another company, get your money's worth.

I ordered my items before xmas and chose delivery for 30/12/13 but frozen reptiles had not up dated there site so my order was delayed as they were closed over xmas. Well it has arrived today and as a first time customer I thought I would share my thoughts.

The items that arrived were frozen solid and all intact with no damage or freezer burn. The quality of all the items looks great and the packaging they arrived in was very strong. The cost saving of buying in bulk is impressive. The courier that frozen reptiles used is also first class. They txt me the day before delivery then also txt on the day with a hour time slot. They arrived within the time slot so 10 out of 10.

My overall opinion is that frozen Reptiles are doing everything right regarding the quality of there products and there courier service. I will be using them in the future and would recommend there service.

very good , seen it was on top off xmas , got email for when delivery was due, pascle was no 88 though. may have been earlyer, or write contains frozen foods on box , as drie ice that was packed with had evaperated, but stuff was still just about frozen, , or put deliver befor 12pm , regards mark , p.s. will be putting another order in soon.

You are the best for frozen food anywhere around and good value for money. Since buying off you the first time I haven't been anywhere else. Thanks

the chicks I ordered were just what I wanted and my snakes will love them. I will be ordering again as they got the chicks to me fast and they will still frozen and not stuck together.

I ordered two medium frozen rats from Frozen Reptile but unfortunately I received two small frozen rats.
I mailed the company but have had no feedback to date.
