It didn't arrive when expected and I received no response from customer service when I was requested an update. When it finally arrived a over a month later it was no use (I'd to buy another one elsewhere) and no reply to return requests. Would not recommend

Ordered a personalised collar - arrived after 3 weeks , no tracking email . No engraving. All emails bounced back . Totally in contactable . Have previously ordered and had good service which is very disappointing.
Do not order !!

I bought it 2 years ago and everything was fine, but this time the purchase did not fit, sent the product back, but did not receive the money back. We wrote many times on email - no answer. NO Money back. Everything comes from China. It's all much cheaper on AliExpress

Have previously ordered from this company with no problems but now reading recent reviews am starting to wonder
I placed an order 28th January and have not received it, can not track order and email pinging back saying undeliverable
No phone number to talk to a human
23rd February had part of my ordered delivered. Taken four weeks with no answer from emails but received most of the order, still missing the dog water bottle
* 1st march received the last item outstanding, a reminder that I purchased these items the end of January and though I’m happy to of received my order very dissatisfied that emails would ping back and will not be ordering from this company again which is a shame as the products are lovely but they clearly in difficulties

DON'T BUY! SCAM COMPANY. Ordered and paid for a dog toy box, didn't get an order confirmation and when we've tried to email all of the email addresses on the website they've all bounced back! Going to try and get money back through the bank. Other reviews seem OK so wondering if the company has recently gone bust. Who knows but it's wrong that they can take money either way!!!

Ordered a dog bed, sent an email to follow up as had not received any kind of email notification of the order. Email is u deliverable. Pretty sure I will not be getting the product. I should have read these reviews first!

One star is being too generous. Appalling company. Ordered two dogs beds, only one came, you wouldn’t fit a guinea pig in it. No response from useless customer service. I’ve claimed charge back and received my refund. They tried disputing it but they lie. My CC company will deal with them. AVOID THE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND POOR QUALITY EVERYTHING

Ordered a pet bed which was too small. Tried to retun and sent several request, they do not respond. Avoid ordering from them.

Ordered a calming blanket blanket and a cat bed on 12/12. The blanket arrived on 7/1 but no sign of the cat bed. Numerous emails sent chasing, no response whatsoever so I have now requested a refund. I am not holding up any hope of getting this. These guys used to be ok but AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE now. Shocking service all round

Took 23 days to arrive and the quality is so poor its not worth putting in the bin have asked 3 times for a refund, beware this company is a scam and rips people off

My order is still pending after 3 weeks. Emailed to ask for an update and no response. I ordered from this company last year and they were ok, but after my experience this year and reading other similar experiences I wouldn’t advise ordering from them.

Update 4th Dec: I got an email reply on 26/11 to say it had been despatched, but this links to Royal Mail tracking which says they haven’t been given the parcel yet. I contacted them by email multiple times last week with no response. My credit card company have now contacted them and will reverse the payment if they don’t reply.

My order took forever to arrive which I had chased via email but I never had a reply! When the dog bed finally arrived it was really badly made and of poor quality. I then contacted them for a return and heard nothing back. Avoid ordering from this company

Don't order from Petsnooze.
Delivery was stated as 3-5 working days. the order finally arrived after two weeks.
The bed received on 1/11 was not what we ordered. The base of the bed delivered is only 42 x 32 cm, nowhere near the 55 x 45 ordered.
Emailed on 3/11 and again on 8/11. No response by 13/11.

My order (a cat bed) took weeks to arrive. It’s come from China which isn’t obvious from the website. The bed looks nothing like the one on the website and is meant to zip together but the zips don’t align so it’s of little use. Have asked for a refund but have yet to get a response. Avoid.

I didn't spot before I ordered my item that this website has no phone number, only an email for customer support. This is because they're based in China, of course. I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had realised.
I had to chase my item, and got a reasonable response by email, but wasn't convinced that it was going to arrive in time for my wife's birthday, though it eventually did arrive the day before. I had however already ordered a replacement from Amazon - which at £15.99 delivered next day on Prime was exactly the same item (a balloon dog sculpture) that PetSnooze had sold me for £29.99, nearly double the price!
They have told me that I can return it, but I frankly can't be bothered with the hassle of dealing with them, and I can use this second one as a present for someone else.

I am very happy with my bed and collar . Customer service were helpful and delivery was on time. There are too many collars to pick from to be honest and I would buy again from this company. I got the pink collar with the bow which is beautiful!

First time buyer, purchased two engraved Collars one daisy and one Strawberrys. Turned up today and i am so happy with these they look fab!! I may buy matching leads next month. Daisy and Nelly love their new collars!!!! Cheryl xx

Not impressed. Ordered two items. Told they were dispatched with Evri and given a tracking number. After chasing told they were dispatched with Royal Mail. Over a week later still the items have not arrived and this company have stopped replying to my emails.

My review- I had not dealt with this company before but the customer service are friendly and know their products and were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I bought a bed which has now arrived and all is good. Nice quality, rich colour and very soft. Lawrence Wells
