I got what I requested, when promised. Need I say more? :)

I will be using again if I couu give more than 5 stars I would . Frozen reptile kept me up to date with my order from the time it left them until it got to my door thr the next day

Nice size rodents and came on time I will be using them again

I have used this company a few times now and I will continue to do so, as the product is great. The best quality mice I have bought from anywhere

I was hugely disappointed with the delivery i paid a lot of money for my items delivery and i was told that i would receive a text letting me know that when the product will be coming to my house an hour before so then i can prepare but i received the text 5 mins before my animals came. I was very disappointed with the lack of service which i paid for especially when dealing with frozen animals.

Placed an order on 5th Feb 2014. Couldn't pay with debit card as it kept refusing on several different cards (all had sufficient funds) so had to pay via BACS. Sent an email to say i had paid and to deliver the next day as requested. Funds went out of my account on 5th Feb but no delivery on 6th, 7th, 8th Feb. Still no delivery on 10th or 11th Feb. Called to speak to someone but just got answerphone. Left message for someone to call but alas, no one came back to me. Still waiting for order..........NOT IMPRESSED. Lost business

Problems with the delivery , no respons from phone line or email . My chosen day for delivery not meet so spent the day waiting in .
Will not use them again

great quality, delivered quickly and conveniently at a reasonable price
been a regular user and would recommend with out hesitation

Was dissatisfied when. Our order arrived we counted them and ten was missing and also half off the heads and legs were dicappitated off the chicks
I think more careful handling of them would be a suggestion. And also counting them

I was a bit sceptical about ordering again because my first order was delivered to a business next door (who were very concerned when I told them it was frozen rats!). But the second order couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend.

Reliable. Cheap. And well worth a look.

The £20 surplus delivery charge to ensure the order was delivered before 9:30 was wasted money, as was the time spent trying to track my parcel, contact customer services and arrange a refund.

My delivery did not arrive until gone 11am, by which time I had had to leave my house to attend a meeting. I then had to cancel on a second appointment following said meeting to go home in time to ensure the items did not thaw before I had chance to get them into the freezer.

The parcel tracking service was never updated, I received no text to tell me at what time to expect my delivery in the morning so was waiting for 3 hours prior to having to leave the house. By the time I got a response from the customer service team it was past midday and they were only able to suggest that I put a note on the door to say I wouldn't be in to receive delivery (of course by this point they had already attempted delivery).
Following that I received no communications, even after two subsequent emails and a request that the surplus delivery I had paid be refunded to me. The order itself was over £100 and given that I not only didn't receive the service I had paid the additional £20 for, but was also horribly inconvenienced by this, I didn't feel that it would be too much to ask.

Regardless, no more correspondance has been received, nor has any apology or delivery charge refund been given. All in all, a huge disappointment.

Order placed and dispatch date selected but this doesn't seem to have made any difference to when the order eventually came. The order took a week to arrive but other than a confirmation email to say we have your money and you don't definitely know if the rats are arriving, I had no other communications. I left 2 voice mail messages, I emailed them directly and I used their contact form on the website. No responses whatsoever. I would advise anyone to find a different supplier until there are signs of this company dealing with customers in a professional way.

I question the authenticity of the positive reviews on TrustPIilot. If more effort was made replying to customers than making up false reviews the company might be viewed in a better light.

Was worried as I was ordering for work, but everything thing went fine.
Ordering was simple with plenty of detail about the items ordered ( size of frozen mice )e-mails received about order acceptance and delivery, and was able to track my goods on the day.
Delivered at the beginning of the time slot.
Will definately order again.

Ive ordered twice from frozenreptile before and ive never had any problems. The mice are always frozen and great quality and the courier tracking service is the best ive ever used. Id definitely recommend buying from here if you own a lot of snakes like I do.

The frozen reptile food I order from Frozen Reptile always looks to be cleaner and of higher quality than other retailers I have tried. It makes me think the "ethical" rearing standards must make a notable difference. Never had a problem with delivery- always on time and arrives when I expect and always fully frozen on arrival. Brilliant.

My first order of African soft furs was easy and quick. once i had selected what i wanted the order process was easy and being able to choose a dispatch date really helped and was able to fit it in around work. The morning of delivery i received a text telling me the 1 hour delivery slot. it was all very easy and problem free.
Extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I found this site for frozen mice and rats on line at the same time as my son found it in his magazine. Excellent timing as I got a discount code out of the magazine. The service was excellent - they had what I wanted in stock and when it was dispatched I got an email update on delivery date/time and my son got a text message. The mice/rats are good and arrived safely and well packaged. Will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend them
