After trawling through sites online, I decided to pop into Flight Centre and see what they had to offer for my business class flights to Australia. To say that I had the best service is an understatement. Kim in the Bath branch was the most helpful and delightful person and did everything she could to help me get exactly what I wanted. I think this might be the end for me and online booking sites. I was so impressed at the in-person service I received.

Pete was so knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to create the perfect itinerary for our upcoming trip, explaining all the options to us along the way - and answering my many questions! His emails were clear and easy to read and he always got back in touch with any updates quickly and was available on the phone when needed. Pete was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to others, in fact I already have! Thank you Pete!

Emma was amazing and very patient in finding the correct flights & hotel package for my trip in October to Maldives, Sri Lanka, Australia & Hong Kong.

From start to finish the service from Tara has been absolutely amazing !!!Tara was brilliant with ideas on where to visit for our trip the Japan , the hotels were all of a good standard and Tara answered my panic emails as the trip got closer straight away and put me at ease.

Fantastic help and guidance from Maggie at Flight Centre in organising quite a complicated itinerary to New Zealand and Japan.

Caroline was really helpful and provided several quotes based on our preferences. She spent lots of time getting the itinerary and costings right and put together a great holiday.

KIRI SATHANANTHAN was so helpful in booking my flights from London to Nairobi. He explained about the market and the impact on pricing because of the high oil price. He then found flights at a very competitive price in a very short space of time. We went through all the info he required to then confirm the booking and i made payment in probably less than 20 mins which was good because that was just before my iPhone's battery died. Kiri is THE MAN and a real asset to FlightCentre. (He's probably too shy to say it but the guy probably deserves a pay rise - he really was *that* good.)

I visited Sophie at Flight Centre in Romford today to discuss a Vietnam tour, and as always, she was incredibly helpful. We had a great conversation, and she took the time to answer all my questions.
