Have had great support, help and advice from Saleha Begum throughout booking a trip to Japan. She kindly dealt with all the back and forth as we found the right flights and price. Much appreciated - thanks again.

I've been liaising with Kelly all the way through booking. It took me ages to finalise the details but she was always responsive and helpful, and turned around my itinerary requests really quickly. I'll be using FlightCentre again, highly recommended.

Hi by chance I come in to this flight center because there is on in Angel where I live .
I ask her to help me for flight to Sydney and she done amazing job for me take long time with me about time for flight both ways and stay in Bangkok with Hotel at the end she done perfect job.

Liaising with Imogen Altman. Fantastic service. Imogen found the flights and answered my questions. I made an error with dates. Imogen sorted it all out with BA within the booking with total professionalism and humour after payment had been made. What a star. Exceedingly happy with the service. We entrusted our planning for our 2027 trip to New Zealand to Josie Gough at Flight Centre.

Whilst it’s still several months before we head off, it’s fair to say that Josie made the booking process very straightforward, despite our repeated questions and queries around the itinerary.

Josie’s knowledge of New Zealand, having lived there, was invaluable. Booking such a lengthy trip, with stopovers in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a side trip to Fiji, would have been very challenging for us. Josie was very patient with our email queries and was always prompt with responses; I’m sure we were somewhat challenging to handle but Josie was able to pull everything together so that we can now look forward to an amazing trip with all bookings and arrangements finalised and in place.

From start to finish the service from Tara has been absolutely amazing !!!Tara was brilliant with ideas on where to visit for our trip the Japan , the hotels were all of a good standard and Tara answered my panic emails as the trip got closer straight away and put me at ease.
I would highly recommend using Flight centre as the process of booking a holiday was made extremely easy and affordable.

Amidst the disruption caused by current events in the Middle East, the wonderful staff at flight centre located and booked some flights to New Zealand at short notice and then, following a last minute issue, organised their cancellation. They arranged a refund subject to their usual terms and this was credited in due course. All done with courtesy, efficiency and patience. I will be re-booking with them soon.

Brilliant from start to coming back from our trip. Due to the situation in the Middle East we were not sure if we would be able to travel. Saleha was on the end of the phone happy to answer questions and helped us with our decision making. Changing our flights, taking the hassle out of it for us meaning we got to go on our trip. Jamie was attentive to my requests and ideas from the moment I submitted the web enquiry. He communicated in a very friendly manner, nothing was to much trouble for him and he provided information and quotes in a way which was very easy to understand and compare. He was willing to tweak dates/times and look for other options and combinations without any fuss. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I travel to New Zealand every year and always go through the flight centre to book. I have dealt with Imogen for the last few years she is fantastic she books it all for me and books the seats I want and sends me any links that I need for visas etc. Imogen takes all the stress out of booking to travel half way round the world I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else as she goes above and beyond, excellence customer service, thank you Imogen😊
