We have booked several holidays with Scarlett at the Horsham Flight Centre office. She has always been exceptionally helpful as we are pensioners and custom-build our holidays. Nothing fazes Scarlett who is unfailingly helpful and patient. She goes above the call of duty to ensure that everything goes smoothly for us and comes to our rescue if anything untoward happens.

The companies' representatives have provided us with a first class service throughout . Most of our dealings have been with assistant manager Scarlett Martin at the Horsham branch .
She has time and time again demonstrated to us to be a person with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of world- wide travel , We think having confidence in the company is of paramount importance when it comes to having adventurous holidays,especially at our age .Scarlett patience and uderstanding when we needed reassurence was of the highest order , put simply , she posses these personal supportive atributes /qualities in spades. Her awareness of our needs both in budgetary terms and our physical limitations due to our ages , has been at the forefront of her planning advice to us .Also ,our natural fear of technical issues re : Visa requirements , passport and currency issues etc were explained clearly to us with no fear of ambiguity on our part. WELL DONE Scarlett and we have our next holiday, waiting in the pipeline next year for your professional attention once again for.

Scarlett was very helpful in explaining the changes to my flight, making the experience less stressful. She managed the situation in a competent manner which meant things were handled without any problems.

The service that we received from Leo was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment we first met with him - two years before we actually travelled, to plan our trip around Asia - he was so very supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. He always made sure that he responded to our very many requests and questions quickly and efficiently – even whilst we were travelling around several countries in Asia. Those few times Leo wasn't in the office, his team were always willing and more than able to assist us. We really felt that Leo gave us a truly bespoke and highly personalised service. He will always be our 'go to person' when we travel in the future and we have already recommended him to our friends and family. He is truly one in a million!

We have used Flight Centre before. They are a very friendly, experienced and efficient company. Scarlett (Moffatt) helped us with our flights and hotel itinerary, nothing was too much for her.

Scarlett was professional and friendly. She sorted everything for me for my trip to Australia. Gave upto date advice on visas and any travel documents I needed to get before I travelled. Straightforward procedures.
We booked with Flight Centre a couple of years ago, and were happy to do so again.

We decided to travel at short notice to British Columbia and needed to put plans in place with flights and accommodation and take the option of a train ride through the Rockies.
Flight Centre, Richmond office answer the call and plan A &plan B were put to the test.
The thirteen night package was agreed with the outbound flight to Vancouver and the return from Calgary. Only two seats left on the return.

Was having a hard time booking travel myself. Kunal got me sorted quickly with great flights. Thank you!

We always use Jessica for our international flights and she is delightful to work with. Everything goes smoothly and it’s lovely to catch up with her.

Service was very good, I only wish I could have given my bank details over the phone. I am elderly and I tried so many times, the staff was very patient. In the end I had to travel to Bath to pay for my holiday. It was very stressful.

Chris asked for my travel wishes and then fulfilled them. A really great job well done !

After trawling through sites online, I decided to pop into Flight Centre and see what they had to offer for my business class flights to Australia. To say that I had the best service is an understatement. Kim in the Bath branch was the most helpful and delightful person and did everything she could to help me get exactly what I wanted. I think this might be the end for me and online booking sites. I was so impressed at the in-person service I received.
