I am thankful I have Julia to help me organise my trips . She is very helpful and understanding . I have always booked my flights through flight center both in the UK and the Centurion South African branch . I fully trust them .

Flight Centre St.Albans and specifically Ross was excellent in facilitating for us an amazing holiday in Lanzarote.

From going to him with just an idea, he suggested several recommendations with quotes to suit our budget. He was amazing in planning and execution, doing everything including documents check-in.
He made our dream come true!

The journey was stressfree, the hotel was so clean, offered a great variety of food and massive pools where kids had the best of times.

Bearing in mind that we were a large family group of 7 people across all ages, old , young and kids, having everyone happy is all credit to an excellent travel company like Flight Centre St.Albans.

We cannot thank Caroline Pepper at Flight Centre enough for the outstanding service she provided. After our original flights with another airline had to be refunded due to the disruption caused by events in the Middle East, we were faced with the daunting task of finding suitable replacement flights.

From start to finish, Caroline was absolutely exceptional. She patiently guided us through every available option, taking the time to explain the pros and cons without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and she kept everything updated whenever changes were needed.

What really stood out was Caroline’s kindness and genuine willingness to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring.

First of all, the phone call - on a Saturday morning - was answered straight away! Caroline answered, and was absolutely on the ball and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve with my trip. She was able to research what might be possible while on the call, made suggestions and discussed the pros and cons of different scenarios. Suffice to say she came up with a most satisfactory solution and we made the booking. I most certainly recommend Caroline and her team at Flight Centre St Albans and will use them again.

I have asked Caroline for lots of quotes over the last month, have had to swap dates and ask questions due to my son having additional needs. Caroline has aways been supportive, patient, excellent at communicating and understanding. As a parent of a child with additional needs I feel she has our best interests at heart.

Shell was great! She listened to my needs for a complicated USA event tour including one very small out of the way location, and managed to end up with a sensible itinerary at a reasonable price. No hesitation at giving a 5* review.

I'm quite fussy about which airline I fly with, transfer times and departure times. Caroline always accomodates my requests with kindness and in a timely manner. Whether it's family travel or solo travel, I always prefer to use Flight Centre and to speak to Caroline, because I know everything is covered. We're probably looking at over 10 years of working together!

All the staff were really helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour too. Our hotels were first class. Luckily we had no problems on our trip but feel confident they would have given any help we needed.
Would definitely recommend them and will use them again ourselves.

Julia was friendly, helpful and very quick at responding. This was appreciated as we needed to book a flight at short notice. She gave us a few options and we were able to book the right one for us.

Staff are extremely helpful and prices very good.
I no longer spend hours searching for the best flights and prices online.
