Third quality products on this website and they list them as non-refundable. Which means you cannot return them even if they are not good quality. I trusted and purchased baby diapers 10 packets and they are very low quality. I had to throw them away as my baby was not comfortable wearing them. I purchased their membership but still they don't care their valuable customer. I will now never buy from them.

Operation repetitive issue with no acknowledgment
Despite I am a loyal customer
I encountered order issue on 3 items/shoes for my toddler size 24, received one item size 23 another size 28 and the third one came difference module size 23. Which I didn’t complain and I did an exchange of the items that are different sizes and selected again size 24, while the wrong item I requested a return and did another order for the item I wanted. Again the same exact issue. 2 items wrong sizes and a third item different module and different size. I sent email but no one cared to reply or give a call.
I did request to return all and I won’t order from them again, not because of the mistake but of the ignorance and forested of loyal customers
Poor service
I have requested for exchange due to size issue, nobody came to pickup or got a call, only received message that your exchange got cancelled. Really upset with first cry service, no option to contact customer care. Honestly I will not recommend first cry to anyone.
Cheated by the company
Ordered two baby formula dispensers from the website. Received only one. When reached out to customer care, faced further harassment. They want customer to send photo of invoice. Unbelievable. Would advise to stay away from this company.

I have been ordering for a while from Firstcry for clothes and shoes for my girl which always turn out to be nice and good quality.
This time, I ordered a piece of furniture for the first time and had the worst experience. Had received a damaged table that I ordered. asked for a replacement, which took over three days for confirmation of a replacement. I got multiple calls to confirm the damage. I also got a call from the delivery agent asking me if I had mentioned that the package was damaged at delivery. It's been 8 days since confirmation, still no pickup of my order, let alone replacement. I have had multiple communications with customer care which were of no use as I still do not know when my product will be picked up and replaced.
Will not be able to trust firstcry again for furniture of bigger orders or recommend it to someone for the same

My experience with first cry has always been pathetic and for the last time I got 4 products for my baby chicco bottle nipple , baby hug wipes , and chicco detergent for kids and it was a paid order like always it got delayed . This is like an every day thing for firstcry . They intact charged platform fee while cancellation for which my money is yet pending to reflect

मैंने एक आर्डर किया था जिसे मैं ऑनलाइन पेमेंट भी कर दिया था आप लोगों द्वारा आर्डर कैंसिल करने के बाद मेरा पैसा भी रिफंड नहीं किया क्या मेरे मेल करने पर आपके कस्टमर केयर सर्विस द्वारा बताया गया की 72 घंटे में आपको रिफंड हो जाएगा जो आज तक नहीं हुआ अब मेल किया जा रहा है कि मेरे प्रीवियस ऑर्डर में रिफंड किया गया है इस मणि को डिटेक्ट किया गया है जबकि मैंने फोन में कोई भी प्रोडक्ट रिफंड नहीं किया है सारे प्रोडक्ट मेरे पास है जिसकी फोटो भी मैंने मेल में अटैच कर रखी थी। कृपया अपनी सर्विस सुधारे मेरे पैसे वापस करिए।

Products are great but service is extremely poor! They never deliver things on time but always market stating the product will be delivered in a day! They often prank customers stating they have already tried to deliver and attempt was failed while we woulddnt even have received a message from delivery agent
They even have the audacity to provide wrong delivery details and later say the delivery attempt was failed while the delivery boy confirmed that he didnt even have the product at their place
They dont have a customer support all they have is a recording that repeats

Don't trus Firstcry, showing status as delivered and two products are not delivered, rejecting refund request & cancelling queries for undelivered products by showing wrong status of delivered.
Worst return and exchange process
Worst return and exchange process. Make me really annoying to by again from first cry app. I purchased worth of 10k product and I am still buying just 1item I am trying to exchange since 13th Jan and nobody's is taking action and without confirming they reject my return process. Nobody visited till date to check the product reduculess. I send serval mail for that also no response.

Worst experience ever. We ordered baby teddy 9 in 1 patented multifunctional baby crib on 13th oct. The delivery deadline has been changed 4 times since the order placed and today is 27th oct but hasn’t received the product. Poor customer service. This is the first time that we ordered from first cry and definitely will be last.

I ordered a Babyhug T-shirt. I found the item defective. I placed a exchange request. They replaced with another defective item. I placed a return request. They are not accepting the return citing not enough evidence.
