Bad Policies and Accusations
They have a very bad policy in terms of limiting quantities of purchase of each product (1-2 per product) Canceling orders and even flagging your account for no reason .
I do not have time to purchase diaper stock for every 4 days or 2 bottle of soaps and it’s my minimum right to decide how I wish to organize and proceed with my shopping. Either to stock for every month or every week .
I do not find shopping for 5 bottles of as a speculating amount . I was flagged in their system as reseller and making profit out of it.
I was asked by the customer service to cancel my account and create a new one as I am flagged on the blacklist - for no reason- I want to proceed placing orders .
I used to shop everything from there and been a long time customers for over 2 years now!
It is quite unfortunate and disappointing to create scenarios and accuse customers of such strange assumptions or even interfere with how they prefer to shop.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding one of the products I ordered last month, which has still not been delivered (Shipment ID: 111520844820) While I have already canceled all the other items from this order, this particular product could not be canceled and has remained undelivered for over a month now.
As per the tracking status, the product has reached the nearest hub, yet no one from the delivery team has contacted me (Xpressbess). I continue to receive delay notifications daily with no valid explanation provided. This kind of careless and unprofessional service is extremely disappointing from a reputed brand like FirstCry.
I request that this issue be addressed immediately.
Additionally, I urge you to review the performance of the current delivery team (Xpressbess) assigned to our region, as their irresponsible handling is clearly affecting customer experience and trust. Multiple products I had ordered were not received purely due to this issue.

Terrible - delayed shipping on 4 occasions - when items arrived they were just dumped on the doorstep in direct sunlight with no communication. Baby food items had to be thrown away as they were boiling to the touch. No option to contact customer service other than an email address which they don’t bother responding to.

This was my first purchase from FirstCry, and it turned out to be a completely disappointing experience. I ordered the KEY7 keyboard and mouse combo, and the mouse was received in damaged condition – visibly broken and partially open from the sides.
The product is marked as non-returnable, which is unacceptable for a damaged item. It is also not eligible for service center support, leaving me with no option. This seems like a well-planned trick to avoid responsibility after selling defective products.
I feel completely cheated.
If this is the standard of quality and service FirstCry provides, I would strongly advise others to stay away from buying electronics from this platform.

Very, very bad experience with FirstCry.
They do not respect customers’ time or money.
I had taken a Club Membership with FirstCry. When you order 5 items at once, you receive each item on a different day. Most of their products are non-returnable. They often send items that are low quality, damaged, or even stained.
In one case, I received a package where the cover was already opened and the product was missing. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund, they rejected it and behaved irresponsibly.
If you are a working person, they expect you to stay at home all day to collect the orders and immediately check whether the product is actually inside the package.
I have now lost trust in FirstCry. I lost money on the product and also on the Club Membership, as they do not refund that either.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with this online platform.

I have been a customer of FirstCry and purchased products worth around Rs. 20,000 in March and April. I returned two items on the same day, and one of them was picked up by their executive. While I received a refund for one product, the other was marked as “quality check failed.”
When I contacted customer care regarding the refund for the second product, I was told they never received it. Despite providing screenshots from their own app showing the quality check failure, I kept receiving generic responses stating that the refund could not be processed.
By now, I have must be written around 17 emails. All the email responses seems to be copy pasted without justifying questions of the customer.
It is disappointing that the company blames the customer for logistics errors and refuses to take responsibility. This is not just about money but also about the damage to my reputation as a customer. I hope FirstCry improves their logistics and customer service process because right now, it feels like the customer bears the loss for their mistakes.
Worst Xpress bee
Xpress bee only decides whether to deliver the product or not. They only decide the convenient time to deliver the product. As we rely on digitally sharing information. They give fake reasons like pick up code not provided and location not proper. We can't even contact first cry and do complaints and what is actually happening for the customer as all information inside will handled by bots and digital. No proper customer service. Soon first cry will close all business due to poor delivery service especially Xpress bee Chennai and poor customer service.

I have ordered several products out which 2 products has not been delivered by the delivery person instead of it has has delivered the wrong product and when I raised the query regarding return the delivery person said "kindly hand me over the wrong product and you will get your refund of those two products which you have not received" I handed over both the products but till now today neither I got my refund no received the right product back.
The first cry do not take responsibility of their delivery agent for doing such fraud with customers. I personally does not recommend to purchase products from this website
