Very bad experience they r doing scam they have set replacement policy not return for products… if we put for replacement also they will cancel they won't accept or give other product... I purchased rider it says up to 3years baby can ride but my daughter is of below 2years she can't sit its very small n it has sharp Edges near legs of the rider its very bad my daughter got scratches but these people after complaining also they won't understand or agree... Just they will
Say the product is good by seeing photos n says they can't replace they won't send delivery person to check

Very disappointing experience with FirstCry. My stroller order was cancelled without my consent. no response on replacement request. Highly unprofessional service. I never requested cancellation, yet they did it from their side. This caused unnecessary stress as the product was urgently needed for my baby. Customer support is also not helpful. Not recommended at all.”

Very bad experience I have visited 2 times over Meerut store and today there were abusing each other scolding some workers also workers are fighting with each other in front of customer’s and that’s so inappropriate management even the manger was not looking for thatamd abusing the workers also asked them about the dress they said it’s about some some prices and when I get on bill counter they said the double triple charges about that little dress also I asked for bill some of the worker said the bill will come via Whtsap what the hell are they doing . The dress were dirty yuck it’s so discusting🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

Worst app to order anything

Worst app to order anything. They will delay the order like hell. You will waste a lot of time thinking today the order will be delivered. But they won't even care and keep on delaying the delivery date. Also they have very costly products which the same you can get very cheaply on other websites. It is very frustrating to order from it. I have deleted my account and all of my family member's account on first cry and would never recommend anyone to use first cry.

I had a very disappointing experience with FirstCry. Their customer service support is extremely poor—there is no timely response, and it’s very difficult to get proper assistance when needed.

The product quality was also not satisfactory. When I tried to initiate a return due to this, my request was not respected. Instead of processing a return, they approved it as an exchange without my consent. This is not acceptable, as it should be the customer’s choice to opt for a return or an exchange.

Moreover, their own policy clearly mentions that customers can choose between return or exchange, yet this was not followed in my case. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope they improve their service and adhere to their stated policies in the future.

Misleading information/making fraud on Membership program

Recently I had purchased membership for 6 months. In the app there are showing in terms of months, but they are giving in the form of days. I.e. if we have around 182days for 6 months they are providing only 180 days only. As I call to customer care then they are conveying it as they will calculate 30days month cycle. These is the 2nd time they had done this to me even complaining perversely also.
During placing of order they even not showing when it will expires.

Very poor experience. I thought it is a brand and good quality but I am visiting a store of istcry that's not good. Extremely poor delivery service

Extremely poor delivery service. My order was supposed to be delivered on 29 March, but it is still not delivered.

Customer support kept giving false assurances like “delivery today” with no actual action.

This kind of misleading communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend if you expect timely delivery.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a birthday decoration set on 15th March for my daughter’s birthday on 24th March, with a promised delivery date of 20th March. The package even reached the nearest delivery hub on time, which made me believe everything was on track. But since then, it has just been sitting there with absolutely no movement.
For the past 4 days, I have been calling customer care daily, and every single time I get the same scripted response: “It will be delivered today.” Clearly, that is nothing but false assurance. Not only has the order not been delivered, but there has been zero accountability, zero transparency, and complete disregard for the urgency of the situation.
This is not just a delay — this is ruining an important occasion. What is the point of ordering in advance if the company cannot even fulfill basic delivery commitments?
Highly unprofessional service, poor logistics management, and completely unreliable customer support. I will seriously reconsider ever ordering again and would strongly caution others against relying on them for time-sensitive purchases.

Unethical Business! Una(himachal pradesh) Showroom refuses to honor written replacement policy.

I am writing this to warn other parents about the FirstCry showroom in Una, Himachal Pradesh. I purchased two baby blankets on March 11. Their official bill clearly states a 7-day replacement policy, yet when I went back on March 12—just 24 hours later—the management flatly refused to honor it.
​This is a clear case of consumer fraud. They use the FirstCry brand name to gain trust but follow zero ethics. Furthermore, it is obvious that many of the positive reviews for this specific outlet are fake and posted by their own associates to drown out genuine complaints.
​Do not trust their verbal or written promises. If you value your money and expect honest service, shop elsewhere.

Baby hug blue stroller

The product was bought in November and after two months had an issue with the folding of the stroller and we could not use the stroller. On raising a complaint , they took literally one and half month to finally figure out the solution and arrange a technician. But the technician y did not visit till date you repair it. Being a reputed company is just got the heck of the name, I did not find a service so bad for any other product. Being a product meant for infants, these people taking their own sweet time and not attending to it till date, shows how reckless they are . I just don't recommend FirstCry to any one after experiencing such pathetic service.
