Outside wall lights…
I recently purchased 3 outside sensor wall lights, after fitting them 2 failed to work correctly. I contacted the company and their response was excellent. I quickly received 2 new lights which are now fitted and working correctly. I can’t praise them highly enough, their response was quick, efficient and extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing ceiling light
I can’t get over how good this ceiling light looks and I can’t wait to get it on the ceiling, it’s well made , looks really expensive, the description was spot on, delivery was fast and the product was well packaged as I had concerns about it coming through the post as it has glass panels but I needn’t have worried. I will definitely use First Choice Lighting again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

This light has been awful
This light has been awful. It only worked on the first day, and now after four days it no longer turns on at all. It won’t light up no matter what we do. Please advise or replace it.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and sorry to hear you are not happy with your item.
I have checked our records and cannot see any correspondence from you. We would always ask that any product issues are reported to us via email so that we can escalate and resolve.
I note the fitting in question is solar so it may just be that there is not enough day light at this time of year for the fitting operate effectively. This can also be impacted by the direction of the house in relation to the sun.

This would have been a 5 star rating except for the delivery by Evri, I had to email the Customer Service Team to chase the delivery.
Other than that, the lampshades arrived un damaged, and I am happy with them, very good for the price paid.
