Very pleased with my lamp and would of given 5 stars but there is a connection problem in the middle section when moved.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! I ordered some light shades which the courier failed to deliver the items 3 times, so I contacted First Choice Lighting - a very appropriate name by the way! The company not only sent me replacements straight away - not just once but 3 times - absolutely fantastic service and also an excellent product, thanks very much and I'll certainly be back when I need any more lighting.

The service was excellent and efficient. The touch lamps are delightful on our bedside cupboards.

They were despatched the day after we placed our order.
We would have happily awarded 5 stars, except that your chosen carrier, DPD, failed completely to deliver the lamps to our door. He even had the audacity to say they had been delivered to me!
I had to drive around the neighbourhood searching for my box, eventually found a mile from our house!
Please don't use DPD if I order anything else from you.

My lampshade went Awol with Evri saying it had been delivered - it hadn't ! it eventually turned up damaged!
All the above is the couriers fault but Laura went the extra mile and sorted out a replacement which arrived today (11.12.25) in perfect condition.
Well done!

Bought lamps, very quick delivery but lamps were the wrong ones. Emailed to complain told to return lamps (at no cost to me) which I did for a full refund which I did. So far no refund been told refund has been processed but I've not received anything will leave it a few days and contact again but not hopeful.

Evri s delivery was not good, but the lady I spoke to at First Choice Lighting sent out another order immediately ✅

the lady on the phone was more than helpfull and i bought the light and im so happy wih it that im going to get another one.

The first floor lamp I ordered arrived really promptly, unfortunately the stand was damaged. The company were really good about sorting it out and I received a refund really quick. Only down side was I had to discard the damaged stand myself. I reordered the same item, came really quick.
Really happy with it, looks very stylish in my lounge.

I rang the company regarding appropriate bulbs and was given good advice. I ordered Saturday and the lamp and bulbs were delivered in good condition Monday. The lamp was very reasonably priced

Always a first class price and a first class service with no fuss. Can't ask for more really......
