Very impressed with product, price and quick delivery.

Mixed review.
Lamp bought was a good price and delivery was free in 2 days. Unfortunately lamp was faulty so on asking for a refund (I didn’t want a replacement) a replacement was dispatched the next day. I was also told the company didn’t want the faulty lamp back. On asking for a refund I was told I’d have to wait for the replacement (that I hadn’t asked for) to be delivered, I then had to refuse delivery and wait for it to be returned to sender before my refund could be processed. I questioned this and was told the same. Although the communication was swift I felt the customer service could have been better.

Absolutely love the pendent lights, very classy feature for my new extension and good value. Needed an extra part and costumer service was prompt and helpful.

Ordered a lamp, very good value for money, looks more expensive than it cost, however, one of the pins on the plug had snapped off. I contacted the seller and 12 hours later they contacted me and said they would send me a replacement. No hassle, no need to send the original one back. Excellent customer service.

Great lights!!

Product was delivered promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately it did not look great when installed. It was much more bulbous than it appears on the website photographs.

I asked to return a broken item was told I couldn't after 48 hrs of receiving it. I was decorating and didn't open item until I was ready to use it

This is the 3rd light that I have bought from this company. Process to order online was easy, price was good and my light arrived well packaged to prevent any breakages. Also was kept up to date with emails letting me know when the light was out for delivery. Would use this company again.

This was my second time buying from first choice lighting, and whilst the main reason for returning was price the service and packing was excellent. Certainly they are a recommended lighting supplier with a great choice!
