I bought light bulbs from First Choice a few years ago. I needed to reorder the bulbs recently but the ones bought previously were no longer available. I contacted the helpdesk who advised me to send an email with details of my previous order.

I received a prompt response giving me the details of an alternative bulb that I could order - which I did.
