Cowboys unprofessional and ignorant lazy drivers that done even deliver to the actual address of the package

These are the worst delivery couriers around. Should be called Slowestway. They take so long to deliver, Australia Post is far superior. I will now check to see if the site I'm wanting to purchase from uses Fastway and if so I will not make my purchase. It just isn't worth the stress. Even when you give yourself plenty of time for delivery ( like I did ) you're still waiting 9 days later. Just not good enough especially when you live with in 3hrs drive of where you are purchasing from.

I got an email to say my order was delivered however I was at home so I knew it couldn't have been.I looked outside and saw a package thrown on the footpath outside a house which was my order.Rubbish service!!!!!!

Delivery drivers never leave parcels in the right place. Left for anyone to take, Left out in the rain. Is it hard to follow a post code?

My parcel was delivered within 2days...Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of Fastway couriers services. Never disappoints

Source Gecko is one of the worse companies l ever delt with same as the courier they use they advertise fast delivery that's a joke I told them to refund my money they refused and said if I don't receive it by October they will refund money I don't advise anyone to go with this company or there couriers which is called Aramex.

It is a real shame that this company is still operating in the Dublin area. They are truly incompetent in what they say they do!!! On the FASTWAY Dublin profiles, the comments about the service are unanimous in incompetence! They lie saying that they delivered the order (when they didn't), there is no customer support available, the phone goes straight to voicemail, they think they are doing a favor to the customers, when they were PAID by the companies and they don't do what they should do!!! It is disgusting, not receiving your order, and not being able to talk to anyone about it!!!! FASTWAY is a real disgrace of a company!!!! They should close their doors!!! I will file a complaint with the responsible agencies and whoever is having problems with them should do the same!!! I need my glasses urgently and FASTWAY can't even do their job!!! It's absurd, so many complaints for so many years and you keep doing this shi*** service! I've already sent these two messages: 2603181 and 2603672

I am literally sooo upset. This delivery guy just came to my house. It is 10, it is reasonable time, but I WAS sleeping with my baby. This guy rang the bell, apparently he had access to my building, knocked my door as if there is no tomorrow and went back to his van. By all this my baby was crying like crazy because she was scared. I got out from the terrace and I shouted at him that I was in the house but I was taking care of my baby. Of course he didn’t listen and drove away. People this happened in 2 minutes. This guy was disgusting and I listened to him cursing from my room. I tried to call and complain but oh guest what no phone number no on the phone customer service, very convenient. People like this delivery guy should not be working in this type of job. this package was from shein I really would love shein to change the delivery company

Leaves packages out in the rain in puddles. Throws them over ten foot gate and tells no one. So they sit there for days in the bad weather. Puts stuff in the wheelie bins then bins get emptied with deliveries inside. The worst delivery company on this earth.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today. Checked tracking which says delivered signature obtained. Parcel has not been delivered to me. When I asked where they delivered the parcel to they told me the address I provided does not match with what is on tracking number. They then told me as they do not deal with my region directly they will pass my query to the relevant depot and they will be in touch via email. Didn't say how long I've got to wait. Never had this company deliver to me before and hopefully won't have them deliver again.

Probably the most unreliable courier service on the road to be honest. I never seem to get packages delivered on time. It’s a very poor service they tell you they tried to deliver your package and then don’t come no where near the house. I dread shopping online when I find out fastway are delivering the item coz I never get it. This is probably the 10th time if not more.

I got a call to say my package had arrived, no forewarning it would be delivered today. Only after receiving a rude call from the delivery man did I receive an email to say it would be arriving today. Meanwhile it’s already there. Murphy’s law I had just left the house so I had to run back. When I arrive the delivery man is so unhelpful and rude he wouldn’t even carry it to the front door of the building never mind into the apartment. He made me carry a 160cm long standing mirror from the road to my front door probably over 150 meters. That is not a delivery service that you pay €49 for!!

Awful courier service. Like many others, I’m receiving an email to say attempted delivery/call when they absolutely didn’t. Package turns up the next day absolutely soaked through and a man had just dropped it at my door and got into his car and drove off. No Fastway licensing in his clothes or car. Disgraceful company

Said they attempted to deliver my package, but never did. They do this all the time. Our house has CCTV cameras so it's easy to prove their lies. They then left the latest package on the van, which was full of glass jars full of honey and 2 days later they now say the package is damaged. It wasn't damaged 2 days before when it was originally loaded onto the van. Tried contacting customer service twice, I got completely ignored. They are a disgracefully inept company and I shudder when I see it's them that's delivering my package. This is for Fastway Limerick, Ireland.

Worst courier service in Ireland they have no contact numbers for south east office or drivers. Parcels are marked as delivered when they have not. My advice pay extra and use another company because fastway is BAD

Would give zero stars if I could. I had 4 parcels due for delivery from Very. The tracking said out for delivery so I waited all day but nobody arrived. Next thing the tracking first says delivery rejected return to sender and then says left card with receiver, return to depot. I'm extremely upset about this. Absolutely disgusting service 😒

Once again, you fail me so deeply with your delivery drivers. The guy never rings the bell. I am working in the same room that has the bell so i should hear it. So its an outright LIE that they say they ring it. I tried and its working fine. Then i call back the delivery driver (after half hour because i was in a meeting myself), who says he has called me over an hour ago (caught in another LIE), who tells me he will deliver on monday. Sorry if you dont ring this bell, dont call me. Just ring like every delivery has done. Other packages have all been on time. Also i dont even get notified about this. From someone who does all their shopping online and has experience with various different couriers, I can honestly say that Fastway are the worst. Recover emails to say delivery will be done that day and then nothing received but will receive another email saying it has been delivered.
Once I found the driver fling my package over the garden walk into the garden instead of dropping it to the door.
