This company clearly doesn't care about their business, look at all bad reviews and comments on their social media, they leave nothing but a trail of unhappy customers, avoid using companies who deal with Fastway! Calling them dreadful and a bad service is a compliment, nothing but lies on their updates and no show with deliveries.

Terrible
Do yourself a favour and never order from any business that uses Fastway. There is no phone number, only a webchat. They have just joined the chat after a waiting time of 22 minutes, then ended the chat within seconds without even typing anything. They cannot be contacted at all.
Our order from the UK to Ireland went from "customs cleared" to "received by carrier" straight to "returned to sender". It was never out for delivery.
The Irish store we bought from are aware how bad Fastway are, but say they can't do anything about it.

Shockingly bad. This company has a culture of contempt for their customers and a policy of telling lies at every stage. They claim delivery when no courier came near my house, where I was present and working. Customer
Service (oxymoron) fail to respond to repeated messages and the online “live chat” do nothing. It is clear that the expensive coat I ordered has been taken. It was confirmed at the Kerry depot and then confirmed on the courier van. I will never again buy from any supplier that uses Fastway Couriers. It is beyond my comprehension that they retain any contracts. The only solace is reading all the other reviews that had the same negative experience of this company as I have had. Beware!

This is an efficient courier I have never had a problem since I was using it, they always on time the drivers are friendly I love it. For me they are the best.

Dread seeing that a company I have ordered from are using this courier. I ask them to leave it at my door (I'm in but disabled and take a few mins to get there) They deliver it to any random neighbour's door instead. We all have very large door numbers clearly visible. No other courier has this issue. Great if you want to go on a hunt down the street looking for your package.

No response from their online support ,no other way to call them. This must he the dumbest company ever. Any attempt to reach them has been no use...why are they still in business?

Fastway Ireland are an absolute joke. No reply from “Customer Care” (haha yeah right) 3 weeks later, can’t get through on the phone. 3 different requests to support and no replies. Driver marker my order as delivered. Absolute lies.

Never ever deliver our packages to the right house , always to an unoccupied neighbours house then I have to hunt it, worst customer service ever! Never a response !

My Ghd order shows delivered but our reception never received it. All other others with the same address details were delivered before. I am trying to reach to the courier but they made it impossible. Pls get back to me so I can share more details like tracking number etc

Terrible Courier, (irresponsible) waiting package to Company address, and not delivered, because company closed!! who deliver 18:30 evening when Company is Closed! Maybe next time you deliver 12:00 a night time, Start to thinking! Courier get package 9:00 a clock a morning and he have enough time to deliver until 17:00! All normals delivery companies, have delivery until 17:00 a clock independently you have home address or Company address!

Warning to never order from companies who use this courier service. My parcel was tracked as loaded to a container in Hawkes Bay depot on 6th October & no further movement since then, no replies to many emails. I honestly think they have lost or stolen the item which I paid alot of money for. It is shocking this company is legally allowed to operate in Ireland.

They tell me that they've attempted to deliver the parcel twice but video doorbell footage proves they never came to my house, and my address is correct on the site. Customer service is non-existent. I have sent customer service requests but I believe the email is dead as no one has ever replied to me. Not even the local depot will respond to an email. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

In good faith I booked a parcel through Fastway Couriers on 17th October 2024. Delivery time to be 4 business days. I received an email saying it would be collected on 18th October 2024. Parcel was not collected. No collection on the 19th or 20th October. I did receive an email saying rebook a pickup date. I finally received an email from a 'human' who was far from helpful and has now cancelled to booking. I will not use this organisation again. I should have used Australia Post in the first instance to guarantee delivery within 4 business days.

The worst company ever in south Africa. Their service is very very poor. I wouldn't advice anyone to use it.

The worst courier company in Ireland. Courier never even bothered to knock on my door but left parcel on my doorstep in the middle of a busy town! Luckily I was home to see him scurrying away. I've had terrible experiences with this company. Courier nr 607 Midlands Depot Ireland.

This is the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with. Say they have attempted to deliver a parcel but definitely did not, we have cameras. Impossible to contact, had to wait 25 minutes for web chat and no satisfactory response. Hope I never have to deal with them again

Probably no point in even writing this as so many have the same issue. Worst courier company ever. Aramex not only lied about not having received my parcel from Royal mail when I contacted them, but they left it in the depot for longer than it took to get to Australia from the Isle of Man. Postage cost was way too expensive, over one hundred dollars for a small poster in a 30cm long tube and one month to get it from first post office drop. Too big and too powerful to give a crap.

Lies, Lies, and more lies, they sent out 2 emails stating 'we were unable to deliver your parcel' we have cctv recordings, looked back, no one called,. they dont provide a phone number, My guess is they want customers to pick up their parcels themselves at the depot.

Dog sh** courier. Got notified twice that the courier attempted to deliver my parcel, and twice I step out and there was no sign of Fastway, a courier, a van, nothing. I contact customer service, I give my phone number, they confirm that they received it and that they will try again in the next business day. 2 Weeks later still nothing and Customer Support tells me that my parcel has been "returned to sender". Avoid at all costs if you can.

If I could give 0 stars, this would be my choice. I ordered a phone from very. When I was in work I got an email that my parcel has been delivered to my address. The tracking tells me that I have signed it too. There was no one in the house so probably the courier forged my signature and left the parcel on a driveway. I came back home after 11h and the parcel wasn't there. Probably robbed or never delivered. I'm hoping to get a refund, or we meet in court for forging signature. Don't use this courier.
