Service
The worst service lately. The delays is hectic, and then the excuses for the delays even worse. No communication as if they do not want to release the parcel. You must phone in to query your parcel and then they tell you, they were waiting for a copy of your ID, but there were no communication to you about an ID beforehand...this behaviour is unheard of , especially with the popi act in place. And I must add, the parcel consist of small items. Now, if you do not phone in, what do they actually do with your parcel/s?

Poor service

Poor service. No help or answer on the provided contact numbers. No information when your parcel will be delivered. Late deliveries, far past expected / given delivery dates.

This is a horrible courier company

This is a horrible courier company, the worst ive ever experienced

You can never get hold of them

I ordered a parcel and it said it was going to be delivered on a monday , then they said they couldnt find my address so they send it back to the depot ,i eventually got hold of the courier guy and then he said he was in town but left the parcel in PE.

This os unexpected

I would never ever recommend this couroer company

Completely useless!!!!

Last experience I thot it was a mistake nd I have it a second chance! Ride stuff, slow nd unprofessional courier I have ever came across

First time o thot it was a hiccup, nd I gave them a second chance. All I can say is that I regret it with all that I have,il never even on my desperate days ever use ths company. Rude stuff members, unprofessional, very slow and always damaging goods. Yoh ths is a horrible experience, more like a nightmare, all they care about is making money. But it’s fine your days r numbered 🤞🏽

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. A driver told me he would return by 2pm to deliver a parcel and I left work early to be here to receive it. I have tried calling him over 10 times with no answers and to try get through to their customer service is IMPOSSIBLE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Delayed delivery

I have been receiving messages for 4 days in a row from 10 April 2026 saying my parcel is out for delivery from Port Elizabeth Branch to Kirkwood
I sit around all day no parcel. Today is 16 April 2026
I tried to phone Port Elizabeth branch but were unable to speak to anybody.

Worst courier company ive ever used

I had never had such a bad service with a courier company until I came across Fastway Couries South Africa. They are the worst courier, with such a low level of service in 2026 it's like they actually paid not to deliver your parcel. You will never get them on their phone, they never return calls nor respond to emails... Everything is all auto generated; & lastly they will not deliver your parcel.

Every single time my Temu parcels go…

Every single time my Temu parcels go through Fastway I receive an Email telling me it will be delivered on Friday, they never deliver it and instead I get a call Sunday usually around 2PM to say they are at the corner shop and they will drop it off there. I live 20km away and then I'm expected to get in my car drive there otherwise my parcel remains on a table outside the shop and Monday when I get there it's gone.

This happens every single time and no matter how many times you tell the courier it just keeps happening and it's my money that's getting wasted because I either have to get in the car and drive the 20km or my parcel gets stolen outside.

Zero urgency to deliver your package

Zero urgency to deliver your package. Constantly rescheduling and then driver ignores messages. Not the first time this has happened either. Can never count on them to deliver your package on the specified date/time

Unfortunately i have to give this…

Unfortunately i have to give this absolute useless of a company a 1 star in order to say what i got to say. Each department in that company is truly useless and unprofessional. You can call them 50 time and they won’t pick up the call. They have a package with no adress on it. Their updating on the tracking looks like it been done by 5 year old child. Then we get to the “your parcel will be delivered today” yet you can count on it not being delivered because that is how this company works. Useless and unprofessional. Business should close down so that companies who need goods delivered don’t make a mistake by choosing “slownoway courriers” 😡

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

UNDELIVERED PARCEL
While tracking my parcel I saw that my parcel was delivered and signed for. I tried contacting FastWay and could not find help. Contacted customer service and after four days still not solved. Driver adament he delivered and I signed for the parcel he showed me this on his mashine, it was not even close to my signature. I was informed by driver that I came out in the rain to collect my parcel and signed for it. Surveillance camera shows he was at my adres, was parked but did not exit his vehicle and that I did not exept any parcel. I feel that I have now been made as a liar. I also feel that contacting Temu or Import to claim back my money is not right. Fast Way had my parcel, driver had my parcel and chose not to deliver it.

If I could rate 0 I would. Very very bad service. No communication Ai chat , calls not attended to . I’m frustrated right now I delivery is taken back to the depot and no communication whatsoever done. It’s sooo annoying I had 3 different deliveries last week with a different service provider and i never experienced such!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter i suppose not having a problem at all

This is the 1st time having a problem with a courier company the people who works there,it seeims they where picked in the streets and told come work here for never experienced so poor bad service like this waiting for a parcel more then 3 days they driver even had guts to lie that he couldn't get hold of me and, the ones in the office says my parcel was picked by a wrong driver what circus of a company I ever knew in my life, it dont even deserve the name fastway because they dont follow it .jokeways will really suit them.im even tired calling them nw .

Service ridiculous

Service ridiculous, kept getting messages will be delivered and then never does eventually after 2 weeks it got delivered. Was unprofessional on arrival.

Small parcel dispatched from…

Small parcel dispatched from Johannesburg to Cape Town on 5 March. As of 17 March it still hasn’t arrived. The WhatsApp helpline is useless. An agent never gets back to you. Helpline (if they answer) doesn’t know where the truck is!!!!! Never have we experienced such unprofessional,frankly execrable service. Public service announcement - use another courier company for the sake of your sanity!
