2 deliveries in under a week not delivered!
No way to ring and emailing customer care is a waste of time, you won't get a reply.
Fastway Ireland is a joke!

Very rude courier, demanding to leave windows open or be at home 24/7

I got a call today from Fastway courier, she was very unhappy that I wasn't at home to collect 2 packages (1 was suppose to be delivered day earlier when I was working from home, and one the next day when my husband will be at home, so I wasn't expecting courier that day).
I asked her to leave them with neighbour to the left or the right from us. She said they are not at home, and she will leave them at number 115 (I leave at 58). I said no, as I don't even know where 115 number is and I don't know these people.
Then she was giving out to me to leave the window slightly open next time so she can open ot and throw the package inside the house. I said no, first it's winter time now, I won't leave windows open. 2. She doesn't know what is in the package and it could get damaged. 3. I have my office to the front and right under the window is my PC and it could get damage if she throw the package.
I asked her to come back the next day when my husband will be at home all day.
She raised her voice saying she has daily 150 package and she won't be coming the next day as next day she will have even more packages. I said I understand that, but I work some days from home and some days from office and sometimes it happens that delivery is earlier or delayed and I can't be at home.
She said that next time I have to arrange something if I order the package or leave the window open if I want to get my parcel.
Yes, it happened before that during summer time I ordered online a hair dryer and she threw it through the window. Thank god no damage.
It was last time I ordered something from company that uses Fastway Courier, and I will inform them about this incident.

Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service. Delivered to the footpath in front of my house apparently needless to say I received nothing. Fastway then have the audacity to claim it’s their policy to deliver to a “safe” place - I’d love to see their definition of safe

Check your suppliers that they do not use this company

One Star is Too Generous for This Company

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has proven to be completely irresponsible and careless. I recently ordered a monitor worth €500, and instead of delivering it with any sense of professionalism, they left it outside my house in the pouring rain.

To make matters worse, my house is right next to a bus stop, meaning the package was left exposed in full view of passersby. Not only was it soaking wet when I found it, but it was also at serious risk of being stolen. How can a delivery company think this is acceptable?

They didn’t bother to knock, ring the bell, or even leave a note. It’s as if they were actively trying to ensure my expensive purchase was ruined or stolen. This level of negligence is utterly outrageous.

I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they’ve been slow and dismissive. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They have no regard for their customers or the items they’re entrusted to deliver.

Absolutely appalling experience.

Waiting 2 weeks on my package said no one was at home when i was here all the time when it did come i was up all morning waiting i see the van pull up he didn't even get out was gonna drive away again only for i went out to the door i wouldn't have got it at all

Terrible serivce

Terrible serivce.
Parcel claimed to be delivered, which has, in fact, never been delivered. No contact attempted, no info about where the parcel has been delivered and customer service absolutely useless.

Terrible courier service filled with liars, package on truck Christmas eve, driver decided to pretend he rang phone, not sure what for, he couldn't find a housing estate?? Van didn't even enter the estate as the camera shows no vans in estate, in future I will ask online stores if they use fastway and if they do I will boycott them

I got email saying parcel couldn't be delivered ,I have 2 cameras at my house, nobody try to delivered from your company, so why do you say ye did. I have proven this is not 1st time this has happened, so people be aware ,these people lie ,please becareful all ,sometimes they don't even knock or ring your bell or phone, be aware 🤔

Late delivery

My delivery cleared customs on December 12th (8 days ago) and there is no further tracking information available on it since then. I have reached out 3 times to customer service and only receive an automated response, therefore nobody has bothered to deal with it. The worst delivery company (fastway Ireland) imaginable. This is the third time this company has let me down: a lost in transit and delivery to a wrong house before.

Late, phantom attempts to deliver, damaged box

I received multiple emails stating they attempted to deliver the package over the week. I was home and have a ring camera. There were no prior attempts.

My attempts to contact them were to no avail and this is clearly their intention.

When it did eventually arrive the package was scuffed and damaged. Given it's obviously a Christmas gift given the time of year, this really isn't ideal.

We don't really have a choice with how companies ship their deliveries, but good lord could they possibly do any worse than what Fastway offer.

Worst customer service in the world!!!!

I want to leave a complaint about your delivery! It was an extremely terrible experience of cooperation, if you can call it that! My first parcel was lost, and the second was delivered open and thrown under the door!!!! What is this even called??? Horrible! I will never use your delivery again and I will not recommend such rude attitude to others!

Liars

Yesterday got an email that courier attempted to deliver my parcel. Have no idea what kind of attempt he did, because I stayed at home whole day to get my package and nobody came. Today 29.11.2024 he knocked the door and left while I was running to the door and after for his van. He did not stop…I was running and waving to home behind the car. I am 9 months pregnant, that was so stressful for me, so now I can’t reach to the courier because I don’t have his number, I can’t contact to customer service because they don’t answer, how to get my parcel have no idea, but I will not leave this situation like that for sure. You made too much stress for me. Liars. No estimated times or contacts of this awful company…nowhere on the internet, how they still work have no idea

WORST WORST COMPANY
AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 of my packages that contained christmas presents. One was a white fox hoodie worth €70, thrown over the fence into my dog!
Two separate occasions they have just thrown my packages into my dog.
Today it was a package with all of my family's Christmas jumpers.
If I could leave a voice note as a review it would be a very loooooong scream!!!!

The worst customer service imaginable from an Irish courier service.
They ignore your emails, no phone number available to contact.
My parcel is sitting in Hawkes bay Dublin since Nov 12th. No change in the tracking.

Irelands most improved company in the past 4 years. It is difficult to explain how bad they used to be back then, a clear -1 on a +1 to 5 scale

Now the goods actually come to my door and the driver is rather civilised.
