I would give this company a zero star rating if there was an option for that. They didn't bother to deliver my package and on the tracking it said it was rejected by the receiver. Well that's impossible because I was home all day and nobody from fastway tried to deliver my parcel. So basically they just decided to send it back to sender. This isn't the first issue I've had with Fastways. Absolutely a joke of a company, and to top it all of there's conveniently no way to contact them. If I had a contact number I could have done their job for them and arranged to collect it from their depot myself. I won't be buying from companies that use Fastways as a delivery courier anymore.
(An Update) The said package just arrived, this proves they never bothered to deliver it the first time. So anyone getting misleading delivery updates, you might just get your package.

Item delivered but not signed. This company is stealing packages. avoid this company

Another delivery showing delivered signature obtained. No it wasn't. I waited in all day. There was no delivery. So who's signature obtained?! Left email with customer support which will either go unanswered or replied to weeks later. Awful company. How are they still in business?

I ordered a part from what I expected to be a reputable Irish company the part was under ten euros and delivery by fastqay (their choice)was nearly ten euros it's a very small item that would fit in a small envelope but I paid as the delivery was quoted as 2-3 days and traceable.None of this is true and despite emailing fastway twice and the supplier nearly a week later still no part and unable to track as tracker says no information uploaded I'm absolutely disgusted by this none customer care attitude/response

I live in the countryside. Got an email saying it was delivered. It was delivered to a supermarket 20 minutes away in a local town. Lazy fool couldn't be bothered to deliver it to my house

Neither Fastway nor you are giving response, your payment collector who said I'll resolve your all issues he is not attending my my calls from last 2 days. Shame on you Fastway. I have made mistake to choose fastway and I'll never recommend to others. Go to hell Fastway

A parcel for someone else in another county was delivered to me. I contacted the person and they arranged for collection personally. My parcel was delivered to someone about 2 or 3 km from where I live. That person brought it to me two days after Fastway said it was already delivered. Couldn't get in touch with their Customer Care who are only available for receivers Monday to Thursday 10am to noon and Friday from 3pm to 5pm. Four days later I still haven't heard back from my automatic message. They can't call that customer care. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They might be cheaper but is it worth the headache and no real guarantee that your goods will be delivered on time or to the correct address? I don't think so.

Claim to have delivered when they have not. Website is a closed loop in terms of trying to get hold of customer service. I have no idea who sent the parcel in question. Avoid this firm like the plague.

Box sent to wrong city then lied on the tracking update saying below all of which is false

Absolutely horrible. Spent my entire day waiting for a parcel, only to get an email saying that I wasn't at home - which is a blatant lie - also not the first time happening. I don't understand how are they still in business after reading all the reviews.

If there was an opportunity for negative stars then I would be awarding them. Package took 9 days to travel 26 kms with Fastway. The details on the tracking system for the parcel weren't accurate.
Courier claimed on day 4 that I was home but still delivered another package for a household member that day.
The online support was active from day 3 but from day 6 the response time was > 24 hours.
For future orders will be flagging that the vendor avoids this Courier service

Fastway claimed they delivered my parcel on Wednesday the 2nd at 10:36 and that I signed for it — I absolutely did not. I never received the parcel. I emailed them, but got no reply. There was no phone number available anywhere to contact them directly. I had to go through the retailer, who tried to help, but Fastway kept insisting it was delivered. After repeatedly confirming my address, they eventually described a completely different house — clearly delivered to the wrong place, if at all.

When I finally got a phone number from the retailer and rang Fastway, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, spoke over me, didn’t let me explain, accused me of not being allowed to call them, and hung up on me.

Fastway are liars, completely unaccountable, and impossible to contact. They never delivered the parcel, refused to help, and were rude on top of it. Avoid at all costs — total waste of time.

Fastway couriers you are really the worst of the worst you are full of promises but can't deliver your service sucks it's a wonder your doors are still open but then again it's because of a poor business like Temu is making use of you.

I came home this evening and saw my parcel at my back yard. It was truely delivered yesterday.

Very bad experience. Be careful before opting for there services. They will say we don't take guarantee but so far we have not heard any complain s from customer about damage which is absolutely wrong. We ourselves called and raised but there standard answer isn't not there responsibilities because we have already told that it's not guaranteed. I don't know why they are running there services when they can't keep there customer happy.
We took the service from Bangalore to Amsterdam and to our surprise they came on two Wheeler to pick the shipped even after declaring that we have to send utensils of steel and ceramic. And non of the ceramic reached in one piece in fact the steel utensils where also dented. Very pathetic and unprofessional service provider and false promises they make.

Never received my parcel was left in a shop in signed for now it's lost. Fastway WONT RESPOND I want my refund NOW!!!!! Worst delivery company ever

I received my parcel thismorning and when I opened it the foundation inside was damaged. The parcel looked like it had been thrown over the gate.

Package on the way for 2 days, now its the weekend so have to wait until monday, I was here the whole time, so driver did NOT come for 2 days

What a joke of a company. Every time I have a parcel coming from them it's late. This latest one has been out for next day delivery for the last 3 days. More like they can't be bothered driving to West Cork unless it's worth their while! Nothing from customer care after 3 emails. I don't know why people use them, so unreliable. DPD all the way!
