Ordered two self impression kits on the 24th of Feb, shipping to Spain. Its the 15 of March today and I haven't heard anything from them... no email no nothing. Id highly consider that this was a scam if it wasn't for other peoples reviews. Been trying to call their number but I get sent to the voice mail every time and haven't heard anything even after filling up their help form on the site. Not sure what to expect, did I just loose my money?

It's been 14 days and I have still not received any update on my retainers.

I needed a replacement retainer urgently after my puppy chewed my pair. I was apprehensive as the cost was so much cheaper than my orthodontist, but I’m so glad I did! Everything Teeth were so quick and my retainers fit perfectly! I will definitely be using them going forward. Couldn’t recommend enough,

I sent my moulds off over 3 weeks ago and have emailed but have had no response.

Did via the post to replace ones I broke. Easy to make the impressions, especially following the video but I had had braces before so I knew roughly what should be done.
Retainers are good quality. i have had for a year and a half and still holding up well.
Much cheaper than going to a orthodontist for new retainers, but I'm waiting for my wisdom teeth to finish coming through and then I will check with a orthodontist to see if I need any more adjustments.

I am very impressed with my retainers- the best ones I have actually had - extremely comfortable to wear at night. They took a bit longer to arrive than I thought - but definitely worth the wait.

It’s going to be a month this week since i placed my order but still haven’t got my retainers.. so Good luck everybody who choose them bcz Damage is already done in a month.

Placed an order on the 14th, which was delivered quickly. Process went wrong, so I called up and I was told a new kit would be posted out for free which I really appreciated, but then I received nothing. I messaged in the new year, conscious that they may have been slow because of the holidays, but again, nothing. Emailed again with no success so I requested a refund. 2 stars is for the refund being issued quickly, wonder why they could not just send the new kit out so quickly instead.

My order has taken about a month and a half to arrive, I was constantly trying to get in contact with them with no response at all. They provided 0 help but were very happy to take my money. I do not recommend.

My retainers do not fit me properly They’re very short, like halfway my real teeth. I’ve contacted you guys on what to do however no replies yet. Please either give me a refund or give me a new set. I just wanna feel confident with my smile and right now, I don’t.

My retainer did arrive however, it did take about 2 weeks and I did have to phone the company a lot of times in order to get my retainer. The actual retainer itself is very well made and fits well.

They were great because I got the same retainer that I would have got from my dentist but with a £150 discount.
But I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication could have been better.
Once I had paid, the order was marked as complete - but all that was complete was that the impression kit had been sent. It would have been good if there was an update on the website with when they had received the impression kit back from me, and when they had posted out the retainer.
Other than that - great!

I ordered my impressions and they came really quickly, after realising my retainers didn’t fit, Hannah had sent me out a new impression kit, while there was an error with the impression putty (no fault of theirs), they have sent me out another putty the same day. I can’t fault them as they are really helpful & I am impressed with the service despite my first retainers not fitting. :)

Unfortunately, the retainers didn't fit when they arrived :/ as I understand no refund can be processed for that. However, the customer service is great. It might be worth asking a customer about the jaw width so that correctly sized trays are sent in first go. Mine weren't so had to ask for a bigger tray which then increases the waiting time to get your product. The idea is great though and maybe what I would suggest is to have another option in the future of doing a scan rather than impressions kit. I think I did the impressions very well, I timed every step, it looked great but unfortunately the retainers didn't fit.
