We’re sorry to hear about your experience, however we would like to clarify the situation for transparency. The initial email we received simply stated: “The item is defective, I want to return,” without any explanation of what the issue was or any supporting details.
Shortly after, we also received an email with a kind of threat stating: “I will start reviewing this (non existent customer service) on every platform I can find.”
In response, we politely asked for more information about the issue with the product so we could properly investigate and resolve it for you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further explanation or details from your side, which made it impossible for us to assess the situation or proceed with a resolution.
We are always happy to help and resolve any genuine product concerns, but we do require basic information or evidence in order to do so fairly and accurately.
