I simply have not received my order and I can't seem to get in contact with this company. I have messaged them multiple times. Can't give it more than one star, unsure it will ever get resolved

Excellent service beginning to end. Order received swiftly and website video provided clear instructions on how to complete the self impression. Finished retainers received after approximately a week of sending off impressions.

I ordered a set of retainers which I received the kit very quickly, it was quick and easy to do with step by step guide, I recieved the set a few days after I sent off and they fit perfectly and our very comfortable, I would definitely recommend these to anyone that want to keep thier teeth straight and prevent movement

Really easy to follow instructions and video help .. my teeth grinding guard fits really well and I’m very pleased

I put in an order for 2 lower night guards and was only sent the moulding equipment for 1. I contacted ET and asked them to confirm I would be sent two guards from the one moulding which they did. I then only received one guard and had to get in touch with them again to request another be sent. Really bad service this time, I was not impressed. The only saving grace is that the guard does the job. However discolouration is an issue.

Service is slow, they don't even keep you updated on the progress. It's not made clear that you are responsible for the postage costs for sending the mold back to them.

Do not buy from them, they'll charge you £60 and still not pay postage so you get a not from royal mail charging you more and it won't arrive in 2 and a half weeks and the won't email back for answer the phone

I used Everythingteeth for a bottom retainer since I noticed my teeth starting to shift after braces were removed a few years ago. The impression kit was easy to use and the instructions were clear. My retainer arrived in a few days and it fits like a glove. Much better than than the quote my dentist gave me over £120!

Incredible fit as always!

Got my impression kit in the post, done and sent back. However didn’t hear anything for 10 days, i then email customer services who were slow at getting back to me, to which i was told my top impression needed redone. This is fine however i then have to pay £12 to have more putty and the top impression sent out, on top of the £59.99 i had already paid originally. Other people from these reviews seem to have had these sent out for free. So when i get this order i will then need to pay further postage to send it back. When i contacted customer services Hannah informed me they let me know straight away which isn’t the case as i had to chase them up about what was happening with my order. Very unhappy with the “service” i have received and the amount of money it’s now costing outwith the original price. And STILL have nothing to show for it. Sent back on 14/06 and only informed yesterday the top impression needs redone. Not impressed at all. Customer service is abysmal. Nothing on website to state new trays are sent out with the putty. The 10 days turnaround should maybe be looked at too.

Bought the whitening trays at the recommendation of a friend. Very happy. Order and delivery fast. Video on the web as well as the Instruction received, very clear. Emailed with a few questions to which I received answers straight away. Highly recommend.
