Excellent customer service
Slight problem with fitting a new oven door latch, but this was resolved in full, quickly by the team at ESSE. Even the postage costs were refunded. Excellent customer service.

Esse brush is good quality.
The Esse brush I ordered is good quality and I’m pleased with my purchase. Esse sent my order out promptly but DPD failed to deliver on the allocated day, not Esse’s fault but still they were most helpful and the delivery issue was resolved satisfactorily. I would recommend Esse and will definitely purchase from them again.

OK but expensive.
My replacement glass fitted well, but since I have out I could have had a piece cut to size at the local builders merchant for £15, instead of the £47 I paid for this one.

Good buy
Cozy stoves who I purchased the stove from and who fitted it were brilliant. Stove looks good and has been much admired. Very easy to light. Only gripe is the air control lever is very stiff and often gets stuck. Have yet to use oven but top hobs work well.
