Not even worth the one star, absolute scammers...... I ordered back in January, despite numerous emails they say the item has been shipped and will be delayed and they won't give me a refund and the actual tracking number is now unavailable and invalid ...... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

I am livid right now. I can't believe I ordered something from a fake company. They are thieves! I want my money!
I will file reports until I get my money back!

Never received went to check tracking status that page is now unavailable.

Esta "empresa" es una estafa. No envian el pedido. A no ser que pagues por paypal ya te has quedado sin el dinero. Timo. Cobran y no envian ni contestan

They don't even earn a star. Scammers. Goods are not delivered, they do not reply to any emails and I end up loosing my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. ORDERED HAIR AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND STILL NOT GOT IT.

Need 0 star rating, I got taken by the LED Christmas light RIP OFF. Don't think for a minute that you are buying sets of Christmas lights at a reasonable price. Turns out the price is for each (bulb) or wick as they call them. REALLY? They are complete SCAMMERS. Getting money back through paypal, oh yeah, they make it easy. NOT. Have to file a police report, yada, yada... Again REALLY?. I hate feeling cheated. I'm pretty sure I won't get far with my CC company, as they will probably just tell me to handle it though paypal. Because I did receive something they won't help. I have reported them to the Shopify network their website works through. They say they are investigating. Love all the 5 star reviews on site too, then you go try to leave one, there is no way too. Very cleaver, cherry pick those 5 star reviews, but don't let anyone leave one on the site.... Should be criminal...

I never got my order
they send me an e-mail after my complain and two months of waiting that its on the way and they would get through that but never answer any other e-mail that I sent to them. never trust them.

never got my order either after a month ago ! they say in a email it is being processed, Scam is what I say ! Will file a claim with my credit card !!!!

This company is a fraud! They shipped 2 out of 10 sets of Falling Snow lights. Each set has 8 wicks (as they call them). When I contacted them I was told that I received all that I ordered. According to their explanation I actually received 16 "wicks". How does this work when each electrical string has 8 wicks each? I filed a claim through Paypal, on day 19 of 20 before the dispute is settled Esfranki (EachGoGo) sent Paypal the tracking information for the package of 2 sets I received and Paypal closed the dispute due to me receiving the package although it was incorrect. I ordered more than 8 sets to get free shipping so I'm not sure how they think they sent the correct amount. They are scammers!! Don't do business with this horrible company! Quality of lights are terrible, not sure I'll even use the 2 sets I received due to the fear of them catching fire. Lesson learned!!

I ordered hair extention on 6th January still noy recieved I have contacted them but they say the item is popular and there will be a delay. The occasion I wanted for has now passed. I am trying to get a refund but they insist on me still having the item

I ordered hair extensions from them, but then I noticed I wasn't getting any updates, so I tried e-mailing their support but got a bounce back e-mail saying the e-mail address doesn't exist.

Please dont buy I placed a order paid shipping , now royal mail wants me to pay custom charge which is higher than the original payment with shipping

I ordered a hair extension from them. The reviews were actually ok so thought why not!
The product arrived around 3 week's later which was annoying but thought it might take ages as was just after Christmas.
But when it arrived, the colour was completely wrong, was way too long and didn't even sit on my head the way it should.

The refund policy said they do not issue refunds if the colour match is wrong......even though I have platinum blond hair and what I received was yellow.......not what I ordered anyway.....but even if they sent me the correct colour, I would have been able to wear it anyway! So I sent an email to complain and received a reply back straight away asking me to send pictures of the extension in it's original packaging plus showing the label....which I did. I haven't heard anything since - that was over a month ago - despite me emailing a few times per week!!!!!!!!! I just want my refund but doesn't look like that's going happen :(

I wish I had read All the reviews before ordering Anything from these scammers... The product took nearly a month to arrive and was nothing like it was made out to be ...Cheap and utter rubbish ..... I can’t get Any sense on emails.. no reply ...no number to call ... KEEP CLEAR of this So called ‘’company ‘’ they are complete frauds !!! Something should be done to stop them ... I can’t believe they are still trading!! Wish I could give them -5 but can’t unfortunately ...
