We always buy these, theybwork great for the hot tub! One or two tablets and it's perfect! It takes alot more for our pool about 10 or 15 we have a 22 ft pool! But they do work when you figure out your amount needed and use them regularly! Love these tablets! We keep them on hand!

I placed and order on April 11-2020, only I received was a confirmation email...I decided to wait due to the pandemic issues but we are already in October and they have not even prepare the shipment or send a plan to fullfill the order.
I tried many time to contact them but that is imposibble, customer service is imposible to reach.
I want my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEN, biggest scam ever . In the past I have spent huge amounts of money on line and this is the only time I have ever been scammed. I hope karma gets them big time

Most disgusting experience ever. Ordered over 3 months ago. They got my money and I never received a product. They refuse to give me a refund. Frauds!!!

Pretty typical story for this company. Ordered a product 2 months ago and the tracking hasn't had a scan in 6 weeks. They have not replied to my Emails at all and now it looks like the website is shut down. My own fault for making the order and not doing my research.

I ordered my items on April 24. They finally arrived today, June 19. The products are terrible and do not do what the advertisement shows them to do. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing products from this company.

I am having the same problem as all of the other reviews. I placed an order in February, still have not received it. I have contacted them four times. They keep giving me fake tracking numbers. They do not exist. I have asked for a refund. They just say we can assure you it shipped. They are a big scam company. Do not do business with esfranki. If anyone finds out who to report them to let me know. I am researching it now.

Rip off. Does anyone know who to contact or what to do? It's been months and my money is gone but no product received. They responded with a tracking number but the post office has no idea about this.

Awful, dont do it´, shipment to Denmark about 3-4 months, they say it shipment is about 5-18 days

wouldnt even give this company 1 star. Very poor service. Don’t answer emails. Ordered a hair piece in January. Finally received it today, 1st June. Wrong colour 😫. Don’t bother placing orders with this company. They cause too much stress that you don’t need.

I ordered a hair product in January and it’s still not arrived. I’ve contacted them several times and constantly get the same response of it being popular and be patient. They refuse to refund as they say it is in ‘transit’. I’m disgusted at their poor customer service and general poor service. I don’t even want the product anymore. Will never order from them again and it puts me off many companies now.

Sigh. I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering from these guys. I saw their ad for a really cool iPhone charger on Instagram and ordered it on April 18. Here it is six weeks later and I've got nothing. Word to the wise for anybody thinking about ordering from this company - DON'T!! They are scammers. Their billing info on my PayPal statement comes up as She Swish Limited. Website is smileyhomedotcom.

This is a fake company. They will take your money and pretend to have shipping problems and you will never get your money back.

I ordered a hair piece on Jan 7, 2020 and I have still not received it. I checked the tracking number they gave me and it says 'Label created not yet in system' This means they have not yet paid to ship it. They will only correspond through email and claim they have sent it. I will never order anything from them again.
