Absolutely disgusting company.
My wife ordered something over 1 month ago.
Nothing delivered and customer service refusing to answer emails.
Like previous reviewers I wish we had never heard of this site or seen reviews before paying money to it.
Websites like this should be shut down and sued by the governments

I wish I would have done research before I ordered from Esfranki. I never received my order. It's been 3 weeks.

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY

I have ordered three times from Esfranki.
My first order took approximately three weeks but it was over the Christmas period, on emailing the company I received a reply the next day.
My 2nd and 3 rd orders I received within two weeks.
I have just ordered another product and understand that it may take time items do come from China

I inquire about my order and received a sarcastic reply from "Sarah". Then I smell something fishy and searched for reviews on this company. Seems like I'm joining the club here...

Like others I'd give no stars if I could. Order took forever then apparently went to the wrong address but aus post can't find it. Tried for a refund or replacement and basically got told too bad so sad. Will never refer this company to anyone.

Gave 1 star but they don’t deserve any,They are criminals ripping off their customers. Ordered AC cleaner and what I get apholstry cleaner. Sending them picture of the wrong item and the packaging. Sending this several times and sent emails over eight times and get the same bull. They have tried to get hold of you but get no response. Well I saved every email Sent to you. Criminals who screw their customers. If your smart you will stay clear of these Liberals.gave a star but I would give them four FFF’s poor service and don’t care. STAY CLEAR, STAY CLEAR OR ELSE

Scam thieves liars rip off why is Facebook allowing this company to advertise and rip people off.

I ordered a nail polish remover product and it did not work. There is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee listed on the website and I contacted them well within the window. They informed me that a refund only within 10 days is the policy and I would have to send the product back. Seeing as it took weeks to arrive and came from CHINA, that doesn't make sense. I also attempted to post a review on their website and it wasn't published. NO WONDER why they only have positive reviews. This company is a fraud. Here is the product specifically to stay away from. My nail tech said it burned my nails and is awful.

After completing the purchase o realized that the money was transferred to a paypal account with
a person's name. It seemed fishy so i started looking up reviews about the company. And now i have no hope in receiving my order or getting my money back.. long story short. Do not buy from this website

I would give it to 0 stars but it wouldn't let me! Never been so disappointed! Almost a month and still have not received my order still don't know where my order is or how much longer before I get it? Tried to cancel my order they will not let me cancel my order I just want my money back! Looks like I will have to be looking into the Better Business Bureau to see what I can do. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from this company.

Did not receive my full order. Tried to address it with them and even when presented with proof they screwed up they wouldn't fix it!

Pedí unas pestañas magnéticas, cuando las fui a probar ni se pegaban, mandé un video y me dijeron que el producto estaba en malas condiciones y que me enviarían otro,q si no sabía nada de ellos en una semana,me pusiera en contacto...pues bien,ha pasado un mes,he intentado mandar varios mails pero solo me llegan respuestas delivery (no les llegan)
Esto es una vergüenza....
Yo me quedaré sin mi producto pero cada vez que vea algo de ellos pondré mis malas criticas

Terrible service and terrible products. They shouldn’t be in business. They don’t respond to emails either and don’t provide a phone number. The product I bought was nothing like the picture explained it to be and the second item broke within the first day. They never responded to fix it. Don’t waste your time and money.
