Wow!!!! I have not ordered from this company and thank God I didn't. This company has so many bad reviews.. I thank the people who took the time to put there honest reviews and gave me the heads up about esfranki pool supply..

esta porcaria de pagina é uma fraude NAO FAÇAM ENCOMENDAS, nao as enviam ... fiz encomenda em dezembro...nem sinal dela ... nao respondem aos emails... FRAUDE FRAUDE. mas ha sempre (como eu) alguem que cai no esquema e vão enchendo os bolsos à custa do povinho 😠😠😠

This company is a con!! I haven't received my hair piece and I cant even get an answer from them,let alone my money back...DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY...CON ARTIST

Con artists. Liars. Do not order anything from them. Still waiting on package ordered 2/2/20. They need to be run out of business. Also not pleased with PayPal. They have been useless in helping with getting a refund for items I never received.

Ordered 14th Feb still nothing. Waste if money and time 🙄

Do not trust this company. They are a fraud!! They will not refund any thing you buy. They will send you damaged makeup and refuse to refund. Please do NOT buy anything from them

Item ordered on the 25th january. It is now 31st march. Still no sight of it.
They dont reply to emails and make no effort in communication.

Product purchased never came. Given the same response email after requesting my money back 4x. Don’t bother - this is a complete scam.

If I had a choice, I will give this company zero stars. It is a total scam. I paid online and never received a shipment. Then they sent me an email, see below copied and pasted:

1. No shipping company's name and tracking number
2. Shipping info is total wrong, it looks like computer generated, I am located in Canada.

I would strongly warn all online shoppers, please DO NOT BUY anything from this company, they are scammers and I will take further action on this matter

I ordered a product January 12th from this company and it is march the 29th...I havent got the product and they wont reply to any of my emails. Been trying to get my money back but maybe toate for that

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE I WOULD. SCAMMED, FRAUD COMPANY. ALL I HEAR IS EXCUSES - FIRST IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE CHINESE NEW YEAR THEN THE VIRUS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. CRAZY HOW THEY HAD MY WEDDING DRESS IN STOCK, GOT MY PAYMENT THEN ALL THE SUDDEN ITS BACKORDERED.

What can I say? Just like everyone else I've been scammed. So mad right now!

Which I placed on 28th January.. I have now emailed to get a refund and noone is getting back to me!! Really wished I had read the reviews first please don't buy anything off this site!! I don't know how they can still get away with it after all these complaints absolutely disgusting!! Just wondering if anyone did get there money back????

Darn it!!! I should have read reviews before I ordered. Same as everyone else I havnt received my order from 2 months ago. How are they continuing to get away with this!!! I hope something gets done about it. Just not right.

Ordered product over a month and a half ago and still haven't received it. This company is false advertising for products that they don't have. Shouldn't take more than a week in this century to receive a product ordered online. Always ask before ordering where the product is being shipped from. I will never order from these types of vendors again and will only order from reputable companies that I have heard of.

Same as everyone else! Haven’t t received item and emails being ignored. Unable to track package! How is this company still being allowed to do this after all these bad reviews??? AVOID at all costs! Absolute scum bags!
