Hello Geoffrey, inspecting the condition of the returned items is standard procedure. We simply to verify what customers are returning and to confirm that the order is actually ours as happens occasionally that customers return us orders from other vendors.
As for the boxes that you mentioned, we prefer to reuse the boxes whenever we can and we tried to be an environmental friendly company. Additionally, there was no issue with the part itself.
Your return request was promptly accepted and we have issued the refund for this order quickly upon delivery.

I believe they ship open bottle containers just tight enough to start leaking during shipment, this is how the package was delivered to me, and since it was not damaged, there is no way a bottle sealed by Audi could unscrew itself inside a tightly sealed package. I also recommend to never click on any request sent in mail by eEuroparts, to rate them for it automatically shall send an excellent rating in your name! I was initially happy to find eEuroparts online for their offer of great prices, but now regret my order and probably shall never trust them as a honest company. 3 weeks later and I don't have my merchandise just frustration and sending pictures and emails multiple times! Unless something changes or they shall investigate what happened and not just putting the blame on the shipping company USPS I do not recommend eEuroparts and dare you to try rating their service through the provided link in their ratting email. I apologize for venting my frustration here with Trustpilot as I do not know who to turn to report this.

Defective parts horrible customer service
I recieved a defective part i reached out and inquired about an exchange or replacement and was given an outrageous list of things to do as if I was trying to pull a scam it was a waste of money and my time I will never buy parts from this company again
