Order Canceled After Price Increase — Misleading Inventory and Pricing
I placed an order for a part listed as in stock at a specific price, only to have eEuroparts cancel my order, claiming the item was backordered. What makes this frustrating is that the same part remained listed on their website as available, but now at a higher price. This creates the impression that my order was canceled simply because they did not want to honor the original advertised price.
This experience feels misleading and undermines trust in their pricing and inventory accuracy. If a part is truly unavailable, it should not still appear as in stock for immediate purchase—especially not at a higher price. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, and in this case, I feel neither was provided.

Hi Javier,
We apologize for what happened with your order. Some parts, like the sun visor that you purchased are slow movers and we keep a minimum stock available. Unfortunately, these days the prices from our suppliers go up and down frequently mostly because of the situation in the Middle East.
We don't engage in price gauging, simply because of the supply chain prices change frequently. Additionally, this particular part can't be sourced anymore from our suppliers. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible , but since we sell on multiple platforms, there are times that the real time inventory counts are challenging.
Thank you for your understanding and we have issued a full refund for the part that is currently unavailable.

eEuroparts had all the items I was looking for and at a good price. When I found that they did not deliver to the UK they were very helpful in pointing me to a freight forwarder which allowed me to deliver to them who then forwarded the parcel to the UK. Thank you for a fast and courteous service

Shipped wrong item and don't refunded
I found this website from google search, when i was searching for fuel pump from Peirsburg (their price was best), so i placed order.
They sent me furl pump made by hella which is 2x cheaper on other websites. I showed them proof that they sent me wrong item but they said that Sometimes Peirburg ships Hella parts? Also they said that item they sent me is compatible with my car. Ok but only reason i placed order on their website is that i needed part made by Peirsburg. So be ready to get cheaper part when you place order in this website.

We would like to inform you that many Pierburg parts are now often packaged in Hella boxes because Hella and Pierburg (part of Rheinmetall Automotive Group) have a long-standing strategic partnership in the automotive aftermarket, where Hella distributes Pierburg’s original equipment (OE) components. Hella acts as a major aftermarket distributor for Pierburg products, particularly in North America and Europe. When you purchase a part in a Hella box, it is the same Pierburg-manufactured part which is only distributed through Hella’s logistics network.
The part itself is the same as you would receive it in a Pierburg box. When we source Pierburg parts from our distributors, they may come either in a Pierburg box or in a Hella box.
We apologize for the confusion, I hope that this clears the issue. If you still have concerns about the quality of the part, will be happy to provide the return instructions.
