Both me and my mum visited here on Wednesday, 2nd June, she was looking for a electric wheelchair, the assistant Liz was very helpful, not pushy, letting mum take her time to decide, putting mum at ease, mum eventually bought a electric wheelchair, she was very happy with it, Liz was very nice to mum, general chit chat, overall a good experience

Went into eden a spoke wt a lovely lad called riley he went through all my options of scooters and how thay worked ect... he md me feel so at ease when mkin my decision and went above n beyond to mk my experience pleasant as i struggle wt that kinda thing well done Riley and ty samantha fennell i am now paired wt the most beautiful comfortable scooter which helps my life getting around thay much easier

Called in the Bolton shop as a…
Called in the Bolton shop as a returning customer. Wanted to buy beds that I had previously enquired about. Since the enquiry last week the price had increased but Gina and Eden agreed to honour the previous price. Gina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and would definitely use the Bolton store and buy from Gina again.

Visited the Eden Mobility shop in Middlesbrough
Visited the Eden Mobility shop in Middlesbrough looking for a new road scooter. Spoke to a lovely member of staff called Nick who couldn't do enough for us. We had been looking at a few scooters in different shops in the area but bought the one in Eden mainly due to the interactions with Nick, his enthusiasm for the products and his knowledge. Out of all the shops we went in to Eden had by far the best customer service and we were able to come to a deal for the scooter we wanted.

Sitting on a cloud again
I needed a replacement pressure relief cushion and visited Eden Mobility in Mansfield. I explained the situation to Paul Wilson in the shop. He explained all the variations of cushion available and their qualities. In the end I selected the cushion that, given his comprehensive explanation, I felt would be most suitable and so it has proved I now have my comfortable seat back again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort to help me with my purchase.

Friendly and helpful …
We went to the one at Ripley Derbyshire to look at wheelchairs for myself because we needed to buy a lightweight one, and one that could fit in the boot of our car. We've been there before to buy a four wheeler walker so we knew Julie would be able to find me the best one to fit my needs, she was very caring and helpful I'd definitely recommend going there

I was looking for a scooter
I was looking for a lightweight, easy to use scooter, and my son told me about the Eden Mobility shop in North Point Shopping Centre.
I visited, and talked with the lovely shop staff member Sarah. She showed me a scooter, talked me and my son how it came apart to get it in the car. She then helped order the one I selected.
I’d highly recommend Eden, as they are friendly, accommodating and very helpful.
