I would like to leave a five-star review for Riley at Eden Mobility Chesterfield.I recently visited the store to purchase a rise and recline chair for my 88-year-old mother, and Riley provided truly excellent customer service. From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately put my mother at ease.Riley was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my mother's specific needs, carefully explaining how different chairs worked without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Riley's extensive product knowledge helped us find the absolute perfect chair to ensure my mother's comfort and independence.It is rare to find such compassionate and professional service. Riley is a fantastic asset to Eden Mobility, and we are incredibly grateful for all their help. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Riley if you want top-tier customer care

Riley was extremely helpful. He took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and then made great recommendations. He was extremely patient and took the time to ensure that my Mum was comfortable with all aspects of the electric wheelchair that we selected.

Very helpful staff. Gave me all the information I required and let me see if I could manage to get motorised chair into my car which I could. Again they were very pleasent and helpful.

When I went to buy a mobility scooter…
When I went to buy a mobility scooter from EDEN Mobility I couldn’t believe how helpful Riley was at your Chesterfield branch .he even let me swap a scooter i had
bought the day previously for an ultra lightweight one and my wife can easily put it in the boot of my car thanks to Riley my number salesman.

I went to the Eden shop at Chapeltown…
I went to the Eden shop at Chapeltown uk to buy a mobility scooter .Good collection of scooters New and Reconditioned and reasonable prices. Was greeted by a lovely young man called Riley who was very helpful and went beyond himself .I bought a scooter and love it. Would recommend this shop and the helpful young man .

Excellent service
Visited Chesterfield branch with my parents to encourage my sceptical father to buy a wheelchair. Riley could not have been more helpful, quickly recognising and understanding dad’s issues and concerns. He was very patient and kind and successful! A wheelchair was purchased. Hopefully he’s contributed to my parents being able to get out and about. Couldn’t recommend Riley or Eden more.

Lisa helped my grandad purchase his first scooter. She was friendly, thorough, made no attempt to pressure him into a sale but supported him in every way to make the sale. She went out of her way to demonstrate everything and was able to save him a great deal of money on his purchase also. If you are looking to purchase a scooter definitely go and see her at the chesterfield store.

Amazing sophia
I was served by sophia in the chesterfield branch and she was really good, kind helpful and very friendly. She was knowledgeable about all the canes and sticks. Their differant bases and grips. I felt at ease which is a big thing for me in a shop as I have anxiety, but sophia really made me feel calm, massive thank-you .

The adviser was excellent
The adviser, Lisa Walker, was excellent: wholly friendly, knowledgeable, effective, very lovely and a consummate professional. At no point did I feel pressured into buying, so much so that I was most comfortable in her company and bought not one but two. I would not have done this had she not behaved in the gentle manner that she did. She is a credit to Eden.

Visited on 23rd December to arrange a chair as soon as possible and Lisa from the Chesterfield branch was very helpful in going through options to choose chair and then put me in touch with John Bolton from head office, who managed to sort a quick turnaround for delivery. Very helpful service
