Ian and his colleague arrived on time and were both approachable and efficient. Unblocked a drain outside the kitchen in good time and were very effective as the drain is now draining well.

Dyno-Rod came yesterday to fix a leaking pipe to our main bathroom toilet which the engineer fixed but then another problem occurred an overflow when toilet was flushed. The engineer ( sorry forgot his name) had to call on another team to sort a suspected blockage. They came later the same day and were fantastic, Tony and Craig resolved the issue and were so lovely and gave me tips along the way, thank you!
