Great service, can't fault it
Fantastic service from Ian and his colleague, I'd been badly let down by another local company who left my property in a mess with waste all over the front gravel the night before, so when I called Dyno-rod I was expecting it to be a long and expensive job, but Ian unblocked the drain outside within a few minutes of getting here, and checked every other manhole to make sure they were all cleared and then they made sure everything was as clean as possible before leaving. Can't praise them highly enough and they both deserve a pay rise for the work and the customer service. From now on I will only use Dyno-rod

Excellent service .Very professional, camera survey done yet again with the same outcome re: underground manhole inside property needs to be dug up and realigned. Hopefully this will be acted on when Trevallis receives second report

First class service
From call to service. Everything smooth and easy. Ian and Nathan turned up after calling in advance. I can say they were a lovely team. Very polite and helpful. They had some trouble with the blockage as it was in an awkward place. Absolutely delighted with their workmanship and conduct. A great team. If the company reads this. Then they should look after these two. All i can say is first class service.

Prompt, friendly, experienced!!
Total blockage of a drain system. Unable to use any water, toilets etc. and filth everywhere.
Dealt with the problem and properly cleaned up within an hour of arrival.

Craig & Logan did work between 23.02.26 - 25.02.26 and again today 10.03.26. I seriously can’t praise these 2 enough!!! Took the pressure off me from their first arrival. Professionalism personified! Communicated throughout, polite, efficient, clearly experts. Left everything as they found it. Their help, support, and everything they did has been absolutely amazing! You need to clone them because I can’t praise them or thank them enough!
