Had a phone call to say he was only 30 minutes away. The guy who came was very friendly helpful understanding and professional. He explained what he was doing all the way through and fixed our blockage in a fast time. Really good service.

Great service, can't fault it
Fantastic service from Ian and his colleague, I'd been badly let down by another local company who left my property in a mess with waste all over the front gravel the night before, so when I called Dyno-rod I was expecting it to be a long and expensive job, but Ian unblocked the drain outside within a few minutes of getting here, and checked every other manhole to make sure they were all cleared and then they made sure everything was as clean as possible before leaving. Can't praise them highly enough and they both deserve a pay rise for the work and the customer service. From now on I will only use Dyno-rod
