You know what it’s like, water leaking onto the shower room floor, panic building up. A knock on the front door and there is my saviour. Would you like a coffee? No thanks! Where’s the problem? I show him upstairs. In a moment he’s identified the cause and ten minutes later it is fixed. A little bit of paperwork, a signature and he is gone. He will never know how great full l feel. Quick, friendly and professional, what more can you want?

Absolutely disgusting service. On the initial first attendance the plumber said he couldn’t fix my leak so I was left with no water or heating in October/winter, he then promised me somebody will be with me the next day around 12pm. I received a call from the call centre at 11am stating that my work had been approved by the insurance company and they were delighted to inform me I would have a plumber by November 9th….I said how am I supposed to live with no water until November??? She didn’t even know I had no water, she then started stuttering and then fed me a pack of lies that they would attend that day so I waited in all day until 4pm I called her again asking where my plumber was??? To which she said he wasn’t coming….I have a 6 year old crying for water and a bath….do not touch dyno plumbers with a barge pole….disgusting.

Wasted my time and theirs.

We only needed two showers fitting and Dyno were able to come in 2 working days which seemed great. The catch: that's just the quote (not sure why a visit was needed for that); they don't actually have availability until mid November (6 weeks away) to do the job. I'm not prepared to wait that long so this process has wasted both my time and theirs.

Woke up to water pouring through kitchen ceiling. The plumber quickly came and promptly fixed the leak. Very polite friendly and professional service

When water is pouring through your ground floor ceiling you need a knowledgeable professional to assess and act quickly. Wayne was brilliant from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. Lots of challenges isolating the leak but Wayne managed it which now means our young family has hot and cold water again. Thank you Wayne. You are a credit to Dyno. Thank you.

Lovely plumber came to fix our tap, very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't fault Dyno Rod Staffs, used them many times for plumbing and drain problems over the space of about 10 years.

Today dyno rod sent a plasterer to patch up a hole in my ceiling, Kev the plasterer arrived, really polite and did a first class job of the ceiling repair. What I liked the most he just got on with the job, no fuss, no issues, no we have a problem here scenarios. Excellent

I had an awful day, water through the ceiling, two autistic teens panicking and a migraine from trying to calm everyone the heck down and a neurotic dog .
The engineer who came was calm, polite friendly and helpful. It was such a relief to get the job fixed the same day and he explained everything before he left.
When stuff happens on a Friday afternoon during a pandemic, you just don't know what to expect ..thanks for your help and good service.
