I was very happy with the service I received today. The plumber located the problem straight away and it was resolved straight away.

I was very happy with the service I received from DYNO today. The engineer (kevin) arrived about 8.15 am, he kept me fully informed about the progress of the power flush
throughout the day, he listened to the specific issues I had with central heating and addressed them all.On completion he ran the system to ensure all was in working order.

Unfortunately, my insurance company (Sheila’s Wheels) appointed Dyno to look after my emergency repair on a leaking water pipe in my home. The plumber arrived, looked at the ever expanding water stain on my ceiling and left saying he did not have access to the leaking pipe so could not do anything! Not quite sure whether he expected me to find the source of the leak but, as a qualified plumber, to walk away from a situation which was getting worse and to leave me without any assistance is not only poor but also negligent.

I then had to call my insurance company and they repeatedly tried to get Dyno to revisit me to do the repair over the bank holiday weekend. They refused to reply to their request and it was left up to me to find an emergency plumber who repaired the pipe within the hour but it took a couple of days to find one, which by then had resulted in further damage to my home.

To let down a customer in their hour of need is the worst kind of customer service you can experience especially in a stressful situation and I felt it necessary to post this review to warn others thinking about using this company for any emergency repair.

I received a link from Dyno over the weekend stating my repair had been ‘completed’ and to post a review about my experience. You simply can’t make it up…

The guy that came was fantastic he fixed my toilet in no time at all very honest and polite and on a bank holiday evening thanks Dyno rod plumbing 😁👍

We noticed a leak today. Rang our home emergency call-out number on out Tesco insurance. We had a call 2 hours later from Dyno saying they would be coming today. At 3.00pm we had a phone call from the plumber saying he would be 10 minutes. Turned up on time & had fixed the leak within half an hour.
Very friendly & professional plumber. Excellent job!

Plumber who called was excellent but as we initially contacted you yesterday afternoon the delay until late morning today wasn't so good. We rang twice this morning and had no reply. Fortunately the leak wasn't very severe but we had to manage without water for a very long time as it was turned off.

Came when they said they would and fixed a far from simple leak repair without problem. All good.

Had a toilet blockage rang lunchtime and Henry arrived 1-40 very professional and proficient he soon cleared the blockage and left everything as it was

The appointment was made by our insurance company (who were horrific and left us for 2 days without water) however, when we were finally put in touch with dyno they came out ASAP, fixed the plumbing problem immediately and the engineer was kind, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service, definitely recommend.

The engineer who came to do our radiator flush was very proficient and professional. He had a polite, friendly approach and did an excellent job, demonstrating skilled knowledge. He was a great ambassador for your company.

I called Dyno before Christmas and I understand it’s a busy period but there was a no show on the day they promised but then an engineer finally came took some pictures and said I’d get a quote in writing but give me a verbal estimate. Nothing ever followed and I called that many times I’ve lost count. I finally got another engineer who quoted 4 times the price the other did. Anyway I put it down to underestimating the job originally. Anyway, same thing again quote never came through and again I chased several times, every time I was told someone would call me back, and they never did. Needless to say not happy 3 weeks later and I’m now going elsewhere. Would not recommend. You just need to be honest about what you CAN and CANT do.
I am updating my review as the work you verbally quoted me for £800 plus VAT, got done yesterday for £30. Shocking. Thanks for taking advantage when seeing a woman customer!
